Just one glazed donut with coffee...
Donuts are good all the way around, brother.I think you meant good stuffed. Also, good dunked.
I-cing what you did there.Donuts are good all the way around, brother.![]()
I-cing what you did there.
I wouldn't have expected anything less from you, Susie-anna!
But out of respect for this site, I will try to keep things as respectful as possible.
(I hope it's ok if I jokingly call you Susie-anna once in a while. I started that because of your telling us you were a pacifist in the Pillow Fighting Thread, and I was like, "Oh sure, tell us another one, Pollyanna!")
But of course, in this case, it's Susie-anna instead.![]()
Caught himThis is @RodB651's idea of "just one donut":
I heard a song about that...I wouldn't have expected anything less from you, Susie-anna!

Tell me about it! (missing something in proof-read)ARGH.
No matter how many times I try to proofread, I ALWAYS miss something.
I KNOW there is a mistake in the poll -- I originally split "Cream Filled" and "Jelly Filled" into 2 different poll answers and forgot to replace the second "Jelly Filled" when combining them.
Those who are used to my threads/polls know there is going to be at least 1 (or 20) typos in them, so I hope this won't distract from the fun!
Come back to the thread and tell us all about any answers that you don't see on the poll!![]()
Just one glazed donut with coffee...
I chart on the fancy side of plain Jane
I chart on the fancy side of plain Jane, and I donut-hole-heartedly agree with you. That is, up until the ellipsis, period. I mean, I have no idea where the dot-dot-dot is going.![]()
And donut forget about the glaze.View attachment 266092
Why, you ask? Real fruit (= it is good for you!!!)! Made with yeast, so a nice heavy/moist doughy doughnut! With cinnamon!!! .![]()
To make an adjustment with my agreement, I'd have to say, just one glazed donut with (each cup of) coffee....Of all the food temptations in this world, I do limit myself to just one donut.
The dots are just where I sigh deeply or something like that.

And if you're in Savannah, Tennessee, stop by the donut shop across from McDonald's. They're all good, but the apple fritters are curiously much better than your standard donut shop fritter.supplemental to donuts: if you are in Saratoga, try the donuts at Morrissey's on Broadway. totally scrumptious! you get 4 mid sized donuts baked to perfection.
Is that this place you are talking about? And if you're in Savannah, Tennessee, stop by the donut shop across from McDonald's. They're all good, but the apple fritters are curiously much better than your standard donut shop fritter.
