The days are gone on Christians having 2 different parties. Like mentioned in the video of you're a Christian and you vote Democrat then you'll answer to God about it. Period. There's no question they're anti Christian and hate Christians. Communism is atheist.

“Every kingdom divided against itself is ruined. And every city or household divided against itself will not last. 26 If Satan forces Satan out, he is divided against himself. How, then, can his kingdom last?"

If you're a Christian and a Democrat you're a kingdom divided against itself.

What if you're a Christian and you spend all your time berating people about political junk on an online forum? Will you answer to God for that?

Touched a raw note my friend?
Just a sour one. (Notes are sour. Nerves are raw. Unless you stencil a note in, or make a musical instrument out of, a slab of uncooked meat.) Seems like a lot of Christians are spending a lot of time on their phones, admonishing each other in text format.

But...

*sigh

T'is the season. I know it's gonna get worse before it gets better.

Here is the thing. I don't have a dog in this political fight as I am Australian.
Having said that, looking from the outside of the USA, things are clearly seen.
While US Evangelicals are not backward in speaking against Biden and Harris, speaking against Trump is taboo.
From where I stand, Trump fails the moral & ethical test of a leader. Why so many Christians cannot see that is a mystery to me.
I think the American people are in a difficult position in this election. Neither Trump or Harris are worthy of a vote in my humble opinion.

My beef ain't with you specifically. It's with people in general.

Threads like this, and conversations irl like this, never produce anything. People air their grievances, beat their chests, claim to know exactly what is wrong and how to fix everything, but there is never any benefit.

The only net result is higher blood pressure all around.

But t'is the season.

Sometimes I wonder what it's like to be a liberal. Maybe it's a lot more peaceful. Maybe they are more unified in loving other liberals and concentrating their hate on conservatives. Maybe it's...

"Yeah Joe fell down a lot, but at least he didn't lie about everything like Trump did!"

"Are you kidding? He was worse than useless! We NEED Kamala to repair his damage."

"No way dude! Kamala wouldn't be able to handle it!"

"Oh are you saying that cause she's a GUUUUUURL? You sound like a republitard! Think she should be barefoot, pregnant and in the kitchen?"

"No, I just mean she specifically can't handle it. We need a woman in the White House, but not her!"

"Sure, whatever. Go back to your homophobic friends and cry about Trump getting shot."

Hmm... Maybe not. Human nature seems to be the same no matter what group you try to be a part of.

I already posted this in another thread, but I'm pretty firm in this conclusion I've recently arrived at, and it will be my attitude going forward....

I figure there are two sides here, anywhere. Good and Evil. The good isn't all good and the evil side isn't all evil. However, The Good God is all good and the evil god is all evil. I've come to this conclusion; there's the Christian force and its tactics are truth and there's the Muslim forces and its tactics are deception. And I consider anyone that doesn't support the truth, including those that are deceived as good as a Muslim. That is whatever they've adopted as their religion, whether it be atheist, Wicken, pseudo-Christian, Creten, Rastafarian, Humanist, Hippie, yada, yada, yada. But the most insidious of these is the Muslim that pretends to be Christian. I'm pretty sure that is the mark of the one that has two horns like a lamb but speaks like a dragon. Also characteristic of it is that it hates the woman that gave birth to the man child. So, likewise, if you hate this woman also, I will, by default, consider you to be as good as the dragon, even if you are only as harmless as one of its scales.

I might even, at risk this being tagged as spam, post it again in a third thread. The third time is supposedly the charm of it, after all.

Will I answer to God for being registered as unaffiliated because both major parties appear rotten to the core to me?

Even so, MAGA! There's at least a miniscule remnant of the republican party that seems to be trying to do right by the country.

I think the American people are in a difficult position in this election. Neither Trump or Harris are worthy of a vote in my humble opinion.
Trump is the easiest vote I've ever casted and will cast again. He's far from perfect but seems to have the best interests of the USA in mind. I doubt very much that the world outside of the USA gets much besides the propaganda that USA news sources put out.

I can't agree that republican = good side. Neither side is good. They're all acting like spoiled brats.

Also...

That sounds a lot like "If you're not for me, you're against me." I get that from my liberal brother a lot. He's always inspecting other people's liberal beliefs to see if they are woke enough to meet his standards. If they are not, they are automatically The Enemy because they don't measure up.

What do you mean about "anyone that doesn't support the truth" in this context?

Everyone supports their idea of the truth, naturally, and so that becomes the measure by which all other opinions are determined. So, naturally, that would decide the opposition, which is a sort of euphemism for the enemy. However, if they angels' directive is to stand down until the harvest, how much more should I observe the command coming from the top?

So, I'm not advocating so much for the uprooting of the tares here as I am for propping up the wheat in spite of all the tares trying to choke them out. As to perception of 'measuring up,' I would assert that there are many that don't know up from down and think that their idea of the right direction to go is actually counterproductive to the path 'up.'

And although everyone would love the benefit of a civil society, there is no one 'tearing up' actually 'tearing up' the community they live in on the conservative side, and that is good. On the other hand, liberals pretending that tearing up the community is, naturally, a form of 'protest.' That is as I see it.

As for me, I am not looking for a candidate without faults! I'm looking for a candidate who will do what is best for the country!
If you go back in time to Kennedy, the dems at least had some morals, That is no longer true.
The dems hate our guns!
The dems love LGBTqytrbc!
The dems hate the supreme court!
The dems love BLM and the work that they do!
The dems hate the electoral college!
The dems don't want parents to have a say in how their children are raised!
The dems hate election day, they want an election month!

Perhaps re-electing Trump would stem the tide.
He might do away with the department of education! Can you imagine the money that would be saved at the Federal level.
He might rebuild the DOJ into an organization that works for the people rather that against them!
He might even offer all illegals a free flight home! I would even suggest that they be fitted with a parachute and life jacket, and kicked out of the plane about 200 Yrds offshore. Of course they will be instructed to pull the cord before hitting the water. However, they will be told, if this ever happens again there will be no chute!
He might finish building a wall, both on northern and southern borders!
He might even complete the pipeline to transport oil to refineries and tell oil companies to drill baby drill!
He might even do away with WHO! After all, who does WHO think they are anyway.

This election is about common sense, it is not about Christianity! You simply cannot giggle your problems away!

If i lived in a swing state, i would vote for Trump this coming election because it makes sense in the current political climate we find ourselves in, but not because it has anything to do with my faith in Jesus Christ.

Heretic!

Trump is our last great shining hope, sent from God Himself, and anybody who says anything against him is our mortal enemy and must be stifled if not destroyed. o_O

Chuckle!!!! But we're gonna wind up with one of 'em or another (unless the SWAMP decides to try another "Butler PA Move" and its successful). Hey!!!! it's nothing but "Politics" after all!!!

BIBLICALLY, However, God RAISES WHOM HE WILL. So I'm content to leave it in HIS hands. Won't make any difference to me at 82, and in lousy health. CHINA seems to be the "comer" in the world, and our proportion of ISLAMICS is increasing so the days of the U.S. are running out.
