We all know who is the king of Kings and Lord of lords. (Rev 19:16)
What king did not have the Kings knights? the king's concubines? The Kings chosen group? stenographers and Messengers to carry out the Kings will? Keep that thought in mind.
"See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil;" Deu30:15 (common denominator.)
"In that I command thee this day to love the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the LORD thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it." Deut 30:16 Command YOU DO! You choose.
"I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:" Deu 30:19
Above you are commanded to choose between that which is good, His word following his Commandments, or choose that which is evil, that is set before every man woman and child all the days of their lives.
"And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:"
Acts 17:30
"The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance." 2Pet 3:9
"Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons:" Acts 10:34
Many verses show mans choice then Gods judgement like:
"And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not." Rev 2:21
Now lets talk about the Kings Chosen Ones, His election, to carry out His Will.
"That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ." Eph 1:12
Did you walk with Jesus? Were you at Antioch? were you the first to choose and trust Christ, His Cjosen men? I think NOT. Well what about us?
"In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,"
Note two groups. We and Ye in Eph 1:12 & 13.
The Election, the Predestine, The Kings Men, the few, and then thrre are all the rest of us, that chose to believe and REPENT and become as the ELECTION.
One can see these two groups also in
"To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect," Hebrews 12:23 (KJV)
Two Groups. The general assembly is to put on as the election.
"Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;". Col 3:12
You choose to put on as the election or not.
"When they heard these things, they held their peace, and glorified God, saying, Then hath God also to the Gentiles granted repentance unto life." Acts 11:18
"For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time." 1 Tim 2:3-6 (KJV)
