Yes, I did, and as I explained. Why I said it, FYI a ridiculous but amusing person; = buffoon
Pledge of a good conscience toward God... sorry I'm on an older phone and I can't look up Scripture right now, but I can give the verse citation later if you need it. 1 Peter 3 verse 21What is water baptism for? Be great if you shared scripture.
I agree there is no official record of the disciples actually being rebaptized. However, Peter did say that Everyone was to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for remission of sin. This indicates there is a good possibility that the disciples had to submit to the NT water baptism as well....
note jesus disciples none were re baptized because they had listened to the gospel and heard of the holy ghost and so they received the promise just as those in acts 19 once they heard of Jesus and the Holy Ghost.
FYI, I said it, and if that's how you took it, so be itridiculous
adjective
I've read a couple explanations for it and there was variances to both and I have friends and know people that a lot of the things mentioned don't apply.I hope no new Christians are reading this Jesus only/Oneness nonsense.
there are radicals in each group. I know many Onesness Pastors who have agreed with DScriputre that both "formulas of water Baptism are valid. One, they realized that those who hold to the Trinity do not worship three gods.I hope no new Christians are reading this Jesus only/Oneness nonsense.

Yeah who could ever believe that God sent Jesus his only begotten son alone to save us …..or that his name matters who alone suffered and died to save us from our sins.I hope no new Christians are reading this Jesus only/Oneness nonsense.
Consider that all detailed conversion accounts involved both water and Spirit. That is no coincidence. (Acts 2:4-41, 8:12-18, 10:43-48, 19:1-7)The lack of understanding of water baptism and the idea it is a "rule." is completely unbiblical.
Jesus' discussion with Nicodemus in the Gospel of John chapter says:
3 There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. 2 This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, “Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him.”
3 Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”
4 Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born?”
5 Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
The word Baptism is not used in context to being born again, is it? Born of water and of the Spirit is what is Jesu saying?
9 Nicodemus answered and said to Him, “How can these things be?”
Jesus said :
10 Jesus answered and said to him, “Are you the teacher of Israel, and do not know these things? 11 Most assuredly, I say to you, We speak what We know and testify what We have seen, and you do not receive Our witness. 12 If I have told you earthly things and you do not believe, how will you believe if I tell you heavenly things? 13 No one has ascended to heaven but He who came down from heaven, that is, the Son of Man [b]who is in heaven. 14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up, 15 that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. 16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
Not one word of Baptism in the context of eternal life
What exactly am I making up as a personal doctrine? There's still no example in the New Testament what you are claiming other than what you are making up as a personal doctrine. You are doing the same thing the Reformed do with predestination.
All detailed conversion accounts involved both water and Spirit. One did not negate the other. The accounts establish that the NT water baptism is an essential element of the rebirth. (Acts 2:4-41, 8:12-18, 10:43-48, 19:1-7)11 I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance. but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire. Matthew 3:11
As noted, It is written:again you are not able to fully comprehend the full nature of God nobody can. Yu are using human rational to dismiss The Trunity of GOD who is seen in the word of God.
God the Father, creator of all things, God the Son, the very expression of GOD, and God the Spirit who knows the mind of GOD and empowers the body of Christ. We cannot understand that. So stop.
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word WAS God. John 1The word "Logos," which is an expression of God, Jesus, is visible. Image of the Invisible God

Good job at taking a post and acting ignorant of what was meant. You should take your act on the road. Maybe hit the big time and start a mega church someday.Yeah who could ever believe that God sent Jesus his only begotten son alone to save us …..or that his name matters who alone suffered and died to save us from our sins.
“And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.”
Matthew 1:21 KJV
“I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.”
John 8:24
“for this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.”
Matthew 26:28 KJV
“To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins.”
Acts 10:43
“and said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day: and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. And ye are witnesses of these things.”
Luke 24:46-48
“Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.”
Acts 2:38 KJV
“Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”
Philippians 2:9-11 KJV
How could anyone believe there’s just jesus name ?
“Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.”
Acts 4:12
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him ( Jesus ) should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him ( Jesus ) might be saved.”
John 3:16-17 KJV
Never met Christian’s before who didn’t realize the name of christ is the name . But always a new experience to find here
takes some real “crazies” to believe in Jesus name and put thier faith in him alone …..
No, what you have supplied is commentary; an expression of opinions or offering of explanations about an event or situation. In the first three posts, I provided all Biblical text and passages to support my position. those who oppose did so without Biblical support. They only have Acts 2:38 and use it out of Context.
What i hope is that new believers will study the scriptures presented and not rely on what someone tells them the bible says. Denominations are not the answer. God's word will be the judge for each and every person.I hope no new Christians are reading this Jesus only/Oneness nonsense.
