No one has said they believe that Israel is without sin. No one at this point has picked option 1. However, quite a few have picked "other" and then explained in their post why.

I was a big fan of Princess Diana as a girl. I had so many books and magazines about her. I will never forget the day after her death. We were at a large church doing a concert. Most people had learned the news that morning. When we stood up to sing and looked down at the crowd everyone was in shock and mourning. It was of the most difficult services we ever did. She really was the people's princess. But I was in Canada then. A while ago my mother asked what I wanted to do with all the books and magazines I had at her house of Diana. Yes, I dragged them all the way from Canada! Now I don't know what to do with them. I don't have the heart to throw them out but it doesn't make sense to keep them.
I say all that to say this. Israel is always a dividing topic. I believe there is a spiritual reason for that. It's a subject that on its own can spark an intense debate. But after what happened on Oct 7, it's lit the topic on fire. On top of that, to see the antisemitism at different universities, it's concerning. My maiden name could be considered Jewish. It's an adopted name, not my fathers real last name. We're not Jewish. But I made a couple comments on news sites and I was told I was using my Jew card, that I was playing the victim like our people always do, and a lot of other antisemitic things. Then it hit me, I use my maiden name and married name on my Facebook page. They thought I was a Jew. It made me wonder if we lived in a big city instead of the small town south would I have to worry about my parents being shot and killed like the young couple,Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Lynn Milgrim were?
