Arthritis strength Tylenol and ibuprofen or aleve at the same time.

For whatever reason,
Even when there's no cartilage left and it's nothing but bone on bone they still call it arthritis.

For knees they can do knee replacement, it's still not as good as the original equipment God gave you...but it will get you mobile again for ten years until it wears out.
Maybe, they have newer stuff for knee replacement. Better sizing, better materials, better and shorter recovery times.
They also have a silicon gel for knees.

For ankles?
Only experimental joint replacement....50/50 success/failure rates and when they fail they amputate and you get a prosthetic.

Hips joints can be replaced too.

Hands, fingers, elbows, shoulders, backs? Pain relievers....that's it other than LOW EFFECT home remedies.

And...rethinking how you do things....it's about joint preservation at this point. Try not to bend your joints repetitively. (Peeling vegetables, cutting produce, or whatever)

Not moving at all?
That's the MOST painful "remedy". You need exercise to get blood flow to the joints to effect whatever healing your body can provide. Just do low impact things. It won't ever be perfectly healthy again....but it can have less pain and be a functioning part of your body.

You can boil birch bark (or is it willow?) to get natural aspirin....but I'll take it already done and filtered.
It's just easier than doing all that work when my hands are already hurting.

You have to be aware of dosage with that and know how to detect overdosage. As far as using it in liquid as opposed to the synthetic tablet form, it should be safer in regards to bleeding ulceration.
People routinely take low dose aspirin at the recommendation of medical doctors. They also routinely die from hemorrhaging.
Just a friendly caution to reevaluate the ongoing use of aspirin.

Baby aspirin is as safe as you can get. (Also ineffective for pain)

But there is a REASON I know a lot about arthritis. I earned every bit I have. Worked for it diligently. I am disabled/retired because of arthritis because the doctors said I no longer had a leg to stand on. Had to agree because I was sitting down and wasn't looking forward to getting back up...due to the price for doing so.
But working 60-100 hr workweek will do that to you.

And if I can stay off my feet (difficult) and not spend too much time on them....then I don't have to take anything. Gives my kidneys and liver a break from the painkillers. Might just stick to ibuprofen ointment for my joints. (Least harmful but highly effective)

And I've been trying to work on the house scraping and sanding paint. (Getting ready to paint) of course all this agrivates EVERYTHING.

I did a few hours scraping gingerbread this morning already. It's gonna look great. My hands hate it but....my eyes will love it.

Willow bark has long been know as a pain reliever, as is Wild Lettuce. If I remember correctly, aspirin is a Bayer company formerly patented drug that was chemically synthesized to imitate what God provided for free.

with long term results?

😣 I went to the doctor the other day with severe pain, and hardly able to walk due to an old injury, with hopes that they would say something along the lines of draining fluid from the area, and/or a brace, and/or some physical therapy etc.
Instead, (after an MRI) I was given the choices of cortisone shots (who knows how often or for how long) or surgery ( and due to weight requirements, and more so my own lack of aftercare/recovery support surgery is not an option for me at this time). I ended up taking a cortisone shot; which, while it has provided a lot of relief, I don't know how long it will last and certainly don't want to be taking them long term. Also, I've NEVER had an allergic reaction to anything in my life, but I did to this and that concerns me if having to take this continues long term.
I've used roll on glucosamine gel, and it's slightly helpful, but didn't last more than 2 hours ) and I certainly don't have time to stop and reapply every 2 hours).
blueberries are good for arthritis, there rich in antioxidants.

castor oil compresses are supposed to help.
Diclofenac is a new topical gel that helps, there are Lidocaine patches now as well.
I took a cortisone shot while waiting for approval for the Monovisc shot., which I am now benefiting from.

Please reconsider cortisone shots.
They are proven to relieve pain/inflammation temporarily and unfortunately cause accelerated connective tissue breakdown.
That is the planned obsolescence
built into our countrys medical routine .
Anti-inflammatories + pain meds + steroid injections = KNEE REPLACEMENT surgerie$$$$

They know this and make a lot more money on repeated office calls, referrals for surgeons, Rx's, surgeries of all joints and hospital visits. It's a painful spiral.
However, there are other options.

I guess that's what you are looking for once I read the title this evening...... Natural remedies for arthritis. Hopefully we can help you out. Just remind me so I don't forget. I would sit down with a paper and pen. Write down if you can think of any triggers.
Finding the cause goes a long way to reversal .

The science of Neural Plasticity shows the link between our emotions/thought life and health or unhealth-
While arthritis itself is primarily caused by autoimmune responses, joint degeneration, or metabolic issues, emotional factors are not direct causes of the disease but are strongly linked to its onset, severity, and management. Stress and negative emotions can act as triggers or exacerbating factors, particularly for autoimmune forms like rheumatoid arthritis. Research indicates that stressful or traumatic life events are commonly reported shortly before the onset of rheumatoid arthritis symptoms, suggesting stress may play a role in triggering the condition in susceptible individuals. The body's "fight or flight" response during stress can alter hormone levels and weaken the immune system, potentially contributing to autoimmune activation.
Furthermore, emotions themselves can function as stressors that promote inflammation and pain. A study from Penn State University found that negative emotions like anger and sadness, or complex mixed emotions, can directly act as stressors that increase inflammation and pain, independent of external stressors. This suggests that emotional states can influence the biological processes underlying arthritis.
The relationship between emotions and arthritis is bidirectional. Chronic pain and the limitations imposed by arthritis can lead to depression, anxiety, and feelings of helplessness, which in turn can worsen pain perception and disease outcomes. People with arthritis are significantly more likely to experience depression and anxiety, with up to a third of individuals with arthritis being clinically depressed and anxiety being even more prevalent, especially in rheumatoid arthritis. Emotional distress can also impair coping mechanisms, reduce adherence to treatment, and lead to social withdrawal, all of which can negatively impact disease progression.
Although emotional factors do not cause arthritis directly, they are critical components in the pain cycle, where pain leads to negative emotions, which increase stress and fatigue, ultimately intensifying pain. Therefore, while emotions are not the root cause of arthritis, they are significant contributors to symptom severity and overall disease burden, making emotional well-being a vital part of comprehensive arthritis management.

I know He honors my communication, "Pain be gone in Jesus name".
Try it, what He will do for one, He will do for another. Don't stop with once, if the infirmity is deeply entrenched it may take more than one time to experience His relief.

I have friends who use DMSO from Tactor Supply, the equine section, they say it works great. They carry this one, the two on the left are what I see there,

Leaky Gut resulted from the parasites in my salad two weeks+/- ago. I'm not experiencing hardly any symptoms of worms, but have a hyper-response that caused inflammation in the joints and swelling in the fingers.

I prayed this morning for Vitamin C and Quercitin. I remember that I have vitamin C in my Hemlock Tree Needles(NOT THE TOXIC WEED).

This is the answer to prayer for the Quercitin the Lord just gave me. .
Praise the Lord!!! 🥹
He is so kind
