In certain contexts, perhaps, but generally it means thinking and acting in accord with your position and capability given the situation.Humbleness means surrender.
Humbleness means surrender.
For example:
Anything which the color is white, then we ask the people around what is the color of that thing and everybody is saying it is white (In fact the way we see it is really color white).
All of a sudden, Our Lord Jesus came and he said. That thing is not white but black.
Despite the color we see is white and the people been asked answer is white. Are you willing to surrender to what we clearly see to our Lord Jesus or you insist that it is white?
Your example is flawed (ridiculous, in my view) because Jesus gave us senses that are generally reliable. If there were Scripture stating the thing is black but people see it as white, that would be a better example. For example:
Anything which the color is white, then we ask the people around what is the color of that thing and everybody is saying it is white (In fact the way we see it is really color white).

“Proven to me in the entire first (Old) Testament and God from God's, required perfection, which not anyone could ever do any of it perfectly ever. “That being from the 1 (Old) Testament, to the new, God revealing to us through Son, no one can be perfect. Proven to me in the entire first (Old) Testament and God from God's, required perfection, which not anyone could ever do any of it perfectly ever. So Jesus came and did it for us all first in our stead. To, be new in continued belief to God's Love and mercy for all, done for us all by Son first, at least me
God still seeing us all worthy of Love. (Amazing), (Even though we are not perfect) decided to send Son for us all to reconcile us all first. To have Son fulfill Law, (Not take away Law) fulfill, Done now in the one time willing death, Jesus chose to let happen to him, in trust to Father all the way. To see him as risen as reported to us all by the disciples, who saw him as risen. To now stand in belief and be made new between Father and you as if you had never sinned
Colossians 1:21
And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled
Colossians 1:22
in the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable andunreproveable in his sight:
therefore, since then, the cross, now today and forever, what was needed to get done, got done for us all by Son alone in his willing done work for us all, to now believe, turn and believe Father does love us all, by Son for its all, Hebrews 10:10. If anyone sees and believes, then one is ready to receive new, are you? I am and have and still am learning new in process too, thank you Father, knowing never how, yet you will do what is needed fro each person that from themselves deicide to believe you
Colossians 2:10
And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:
Philippians 1:6
being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:
Will anyone hear and stand in belief to Daddy, PaPa, Father for this amazing gift given to us to love all in the same mercy and truth of Son given first?
I trust my Daddy, PaPa. Father to reveal to anyone of us this amazing Love, that I still cannot fully understand, thanks
Once see from Father in Father's Spirit and Truth, how can one, not turn to do right? At least begin to learn to, Eph 1:6,7,13 read all from chapter 1 to Chapter 3 at least, I say read the whole Epistle amazing to get the entire context of love from God to us all, That I see, and thank God for maybe y'all too thank you

We have no responsibility to submit ourselves to those who have no God-given authority over us.
I’m well aware of the passage you mentioned. Perhaps you should reread my post with that certainty in mind.Don't read your Bible much do you?
For example:
Anything which the color is white, then we ask the people around what is the color of that thing and everybody is saying it is white (In fact the way we see it is really color white).
All of a sudden, Our Lord Jesus came and he said. That thing is not white but black.
Despite the color we see is white and the people been asked answer is white. Are you willing to surrender to what we clearly see to our Lord Jesus or you insist that it is white?
It’s an unrealistic example. There is no value in exploring it further.Let me extend the question for this example:
You may choose among the 2 answers and tell to Our Lord Jesus.
1. Surrender what you clearly see and tell to our Lord Jesus, Yes my Lord, although it is white in my sight but let us stick with what you say it is Black.
2. Insist base on what you see. And tell to Jesus. Lord you gave us senses. Since it come from you so they are reliable. What is the use of your given senses when I see it in white then you are saying it is not white but black?

Naw the Bible says nothing of imputed righteousness until Abraham the fether of the nations Noah was a Saint job was a saint by thier own deeds heres anotherHaving God's imputed righteousness, none of their own ever
Even before Law, Joseph, the king of dreams saw the evil of that person using scales to deceive Potipher the King of Egypt at that time. And he revealed this person of deception to Potipher. No Law in Place.
God imputed righteousness to Joseph. Noting as well, God through Joseph saved the last of the first Chosen alive then, about 84 of them
As it goes through his angst over being sold to the Others that sold him to Egypt. Who knew what good would turn out to be 2nd in charge to save the first chosen, even though later they were in slavery'
God is good all the time and good is God all the time in God's mysterious ways, that no other can Fathom. God chooses as God decides, not me or anyone else
Job, throughout the book of Job, would not deny God. Many troubles happened there, and Job would not deny God at all

John 13:34
A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as Ihave loved you, that ye also love one another.

“though these three men, Noah, Daniel, and Job, were in it, they should deliver but their own souls by their righteousness, saith the Lord GOD.”
Ezekiel 14:14 KJV
thier own righteousness could deliver thier own souls but not anyone else’s
For those who don't want to reveal their answer if it is #1 or #2 that is okay.
I know in your heart you have the answer and you may keep it.
For those who choose #1:
1. Surrender what you clearly see and tell to our Lord Jesus, Yes my Lord, although it is white in my sight but let us stick with what you say it is Black.
You believe that our Lord is Speaking in Parables (Mark 4:34).
For those who choose #2:
2. Insist base on what you see. And tell to Jesus. Lord you gave us senses. Since it come from you so they are reliable. What is the use of your given senses when I see it in white then you are saying it is not white but black
You don't believe that our Lord Jesus is Speaking in Parables.
