I did not say that God anoints evil people with the Holy Spirit. I quoted scripture that showed that 'the Spirit of God came upon him' in reference to and another passage about Saul. I did not say that God 'anointed' them with the Holy Spirit. I was even clear about this in an earlier post. So stop telling your lies about me. Act righteously like a Christian should.
The Bible says that God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost. It says the Spirit of God came upon Balaam, but it does not say that God anointed Balaam with the Spirit of God or baptized him with the Holy Spirit. I did not add those types of ideas. Those are your thoughts. Do not attribute them to me.

I didn't comment on the premise. That was part of an Argument that you need to not lie. You should also not contradict the Bible when it's presented to you and be humble enough to just accept what it says. This is not a contest or a boxing match.

Hebrews 6:1-3 has nothing to do with animal sacrifice, etc. What the scripture is referencing is the NT foundation that is essential for all believers of Jesus. That foundation as expressed in Acts 2:36-42, 8:12-18, 10:43-48, 19:1-7, etc. includes faith toward God, repentance, water baptism in the name of Jesus and receiving the Holy Ghost. The foundation need only be laid one time. Afterward born again believers are to go on to maturity.
Godly wisdom is found in the pages of the bible not one's personal opinion:
"And he (Jesus) said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover." Mark 16:15-18

Water baptism and speaking in tongues are good when understood in light of NT teachings, which are that the first is symbolic rather than salvific and the second is a gift only some receive.
In John 3 water obviously refers to physical birth rather than to baptism.
