wow, I never heard that one.

in a post above I showed from 29AD to 33AD a sunday resurrection is not possible.

Passover has to be on a Thursday for a Sunday resurrection, and I looked at years in both direction from 31AD and no Thursday Passover

Pentecost is the Day the Body of Christ began to be chosen, HIS Wife. there was no "church" until 50 days after Christ was resurrected on the Sabbath

Pentecost is determined by counting 49 days after the 7th Day Sabbath that occurs during the 7 days of Unleavened Bread.
in 31AD 49 days after Christ was resurrected on the 7th Day Sabbath - the 50th day is Pentecost which is a Sunday.

Sunday (first day of a week) to a Sunday is 50 days, 50 days after His resurrection on the Sabbath

Christ is the first of the first fruits and the body of Christ are the First Fruits
Over the last 2000 years only the Wife of Christ is being chosen.

From many angles a sunday resurrection become very unlikely, if not impossible

Every wonder why Rome changed Passover on the 14th, to easter on a sunday?

and all but a handful of churches follow Rome.
You are in error, First Fruit is always on Sunday, so is Pentecost - the first day of the 8th week, 50 days from First Fruit, not Sabbath.

Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: ‘When you come into the land which I give to you, and reap its harvest, then you shall bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest to the priest. He shall wave the sheaf before the Lord, to be accepted on your behalf; on the day after the Sabbath (Sunday) the priest shall wave it. (Lev. 23:11-12)

And you shall count for yourselves from the day after the Sabbath (Sunday), from the day that you brought the sheaf of the wave offering: seven Sabbaths shall be completed. Count fifty days to the day after the seventh Sabbath (Sunday); then you shall offer a new grain offering to the Lord. (Lev. 23:15-16)

yes, Pentecost is always on the first day of a week. I will observe Pentecost this year on May 24th, Sunday

God's Church was formed at Pentecost, yet it is only a tiny few that observe Pentecost, why?

1918-1920 pandemic
1920-1929 general good times
1929-1930 great depression
1933 turn in gold for paper money.
1939 WW2

2018-2020 pandemic
2020-2029 general good times
2029-2030 depression
2033 turn in paper for digital money
2039 WW3

1967-2037 is the latest 70 year captivity in Israel.
I think the two prophets will arrive around 2037.
The enemy intends to mask their arrival with the notions of extraterrestrials, and with ww3. Having the world to believe they are bad 'humanoid aliens' and having the news of WW3 overshadow their arrival. And he plans to simply kill most of those who would see the two prophets correctly. Indeed the end is nigh.

2051 is likely the arrival of the false prophet.

Genesis 24:51 Genesis 24:58
Leviticus 25:10 (2 51 0)
Ezekiel 44:7 (44+7 = 51)
Jeremiah 51:51
Matthew 24:27 (51)
Matthew 24 has 51 verses.
Luke 12:39 (51)
Luke 17:34 (51)
1 Corinthians 15:51-58
Let Revelation 2:1 be 2001 and count till Jesus words finish, you'll reach 2051.

Our Bible has been tainted, and twisted, that is why I think the above happened, it's very spooky, and I think it's a deceptive sign, the year of the false prophet not the real one.
Dates! I love dates!!

Jesus rose on Sunday morning, Matt. 28:1. You're contradicting the scripture.

Matthew 28: 1 does not give the time, only that Christ has risen.
you are reading into scripture what you want to believe and most likely what some minister told you.

Passover occurs in the afternoon, noon - 6 PM, on the 14th day/yom of God's first month.

The are scriptures stating everything I am writing.

They put Christ into the Tomb as the sun set - as the first Holy Day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread was beginning.
Passover on the 14th, first day of ULB is the 15th which is a High Sabbath.

Christ stated clearly -- 3 - 12 hour day/ yom and 3 - 12 hour nights; in the earth.
Christ also stated there are 12 hours is a day/ yom

from our Friday at sunset til Sunday morning at sunrise;

Friday night - night 1 -- 6PM to 6AM
Saturday day -day 1 - 6AM to 6PM
Saturday night - night 2 - 6PM to 6 AM

this is only one day and two nights. 36 hours, not 72

So, either you can believe the catholic church which created this lie
or you can believe Jesus Christ, our Passover.

most, THE MANY, choose to follow the catholic church

it is not wrong to venture a guess on Jesus' return. by course, all Christians know that no one knows when Jesus shall return. & it certainly is a sin to preach on a return date. my 1st guess, obviously, was incorrect. back in 2000, i guessed Jesus would be here by 2020.

They never learn.

Next they'll be speculating what He'll be wearing and how He'll comb His hair and other such goofiness

Yes it does, "after the Sabbath, as the first day of the week began to dawn." The resurrection was comfirmed and corroborated by at least two eye witnesses, by the time of their arrival, the tomb was ALREADY empty, Jesus didn't walk out of it, 28:6. I didn't read anything into the scripture, you did. You're speculating a saturday resurrection without any eye witness account.

But that still doesn't provide a time for the resurrection, only a time for it being discovered by witnesses. Incidentally, I am not arguing for a Saturday resurrection, just a pre-dawn resurrection.

Not possible, he must've risen on the third day to fulfill prophecy.

please read that again--- "after the Sabbath, as the first day of the week began to dawn." -- where is it said Christ was resurrected after the Sabbath. it only confirms HE had risen -- no time is given

I have gone over this on this site already.

For Christ to be put in the tomb as the sun set on a Friday and resurrected on a sunday morning before sunrise, does not follow the only sign Christ gave HE IS the Savior, the Passover.

Friday night 6PM to 6 AM -- night 1
Saturday day 6AM to 6PM -- day 1
Saturday night 6PM to 6AM -- night 2

that is one day and two nights -- so who do you believe men or Jesus Christ???

to make it follow 3 days and 3 nights He had to be placed in the tomb Thursday as the sunset, but that means He was resurrected not at sunrise sunday morning -- but as the sun was setting sunday at around 6PM

Why do you suppose Rome change the name from Passover to easter and then set the resurrection on a sunday morning?

Passover, the 14th day of GOD's first month, falls on different days of the week every year

on 31 AD, the 14th was a Wednesday which means a 7th day Sabbath resurrection moments before the sunset.

Where are you so obsessed with 31AD? It's nothing but your speculation. The passover was on Thursday, not Wednesday or Friday. You ask anybody biblically illiterate to count three days backward from Sunday, which day it would be, chances are they'd correctly answer Thursday.

If what you want to believe was true, then Christ was resurrected Sunday at sundown, around 6PM NOT sunday morning

here are some years around the time when it is thought Christ was slain, Passover is always on 1/14

1/14/29 AD - on a Sabbath, 7th day
1/14/30 AD - on a Wednesday
1/14/31 AD- on a Wednesday
1/14/32 AD - on a Monday
1/14/33 AD - on a Friday: which would cause a Monday afternoon around 6 PM resurrection
1/14/34 AD - on a Wednesday

I have looked at many other years and so far no Thursday Passover

This is a FACT, unless Christ was wrong on the 3 days and 3 nights He can not be resurrected at sunrise Sunday morning

also you must use God's days and nights, God begins His 24 hour period at sundown, you can not just count backwards from sunday to thursday

Thursday at sundown 6PM -- Biblical facts: Christ died at our 3 PM, in the tomb just before the sun set.
Friday at sundown 6PM -- one day and one night
Saturday at sundown 6PM - two days and two nights
Sunday at sundown 6PM -- three days and three nights

I know of no one saying Christ was resurrected Sunday as the sun was setting.

So again -- who do you believe? Rome or Jesus Christ

take this to your minister and let him or her show how this is wrong.

Thu evening to Fri morning - Night 1

Fri evening to Sat morning - Night 2
Sat morning to Sat evening - Day 2
Sat evening to Sun morning - Night 3
Sun morning - Day 3

Any part of a day is counted as a day, it doesn't require full 12 hours from sunrise to sundown.

How convenient, it is morning to evening until sunday.
Some how I missed the words from the mouth of Jesus Christ that any part of a day is counted as a 12 hour day

3And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
4And God saw the light, that [it was] good: and God divided the light from the darkness.
5And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening (6 hours) and the morning (6 hours) were the first day. 12 hours

9 Jesus answered, Are there not twelve hours in the day? If any man walk in the day, he stumbleth not, because he seeth the light of this world.

38Then certain of the scribes and of the Pharisees answered, saying, Master, we would see a sign from thee.

39But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas:

40For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. twice

41The men of Nineveh shall rise in judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: because they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and, behold, a greater than Jonas [is] here.

the reason there are 45,000 kinds of christian churches -- folks believe their ministers and NOT Jesus Christ, not the Word of God or they just twist it to mean what they want it to mean.

prove it was not 3 days, 36 hours and 3 nights, 36 hours -- go to your minister and let him or her show you Christ did not know where of He speaks

You missed 1 Cor. 15:4 -

He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures. This is common sense. "ON" someday means any moment within that day.

On the third day = within the 12 hours of the third day.

So you understand, I have never been a part of THE Many, The Many teach a Friday crucifixion and a Sunday morning resurrection which I have never found one person that has been able to prove by the Word of God.
everyone, just like you, must adjust something to make it appear as fact.

I hold as Truth practically zero doctrines and beliefs held by the tens of thousands of diverse christian churches.

If it is not found clearly in the Word --- I reject. 12 hours is close --- but it is not three 12 hour days.
Christ said twice 3 days and 3 nights -- not parts of days or nights, He did not say around or close to 3 days and 3 nights.

Everything Christ said and taught had to be 100 % correct, if not how could any believe Him and turn their lives over to Him and follow Him?

13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide [is] the gate, and broad [is] the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:

14 Because strait [is] the gate, and narrow [is] the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

If you want to believe sunday, go for it, I can not.
