yes it says "you shall be saved" but it does not say or imply instant salvation we still must continue to believe and confess
Romans 13:11
And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation
nearer than when we believed.
we don't have eternal salvation because of a momentary and microscopic act of faith!

Here and now we have the Grace of God with the promise of eternal salvation to come! Amen!
