Not said to be redeemed?
Because, after God draws men for a while?
Certain ones begin to resist and form hardness of heart.
Like those you can read about in Romans 1:18-23.
God drew them for a while to the point of even realizing that God is real, and knowing
it for themselves.
The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all
the godlessness and wickedness of people, who suppress the
truth by their wickedness, since what may be known about God
is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them.
For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—
his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen,
being understood from what has been made, so that people
are without excuse.
For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God
nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and
their foolish hearts were darkened. Although they claimed to
be wise, they became fools and exchanged the glory of the
immortal God for images made to look like a mortal human being
and birds and animals and reptiles.
Those men were most definitely being drawn by God!
It was their choice to find ways to reject what they wanted to deny.
Those ones never enter the phase where they are given the Gospel.
That is why we are told....
Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not
believe stands condemned already because they have not believed
in the name of God’s one and only Son. John 3:18
It says that they are condemned "already."
Condemned not for rejecting the Gospel.
But for rejecting God's drawing that always precedes the Gospel.
