I get it, you are from Canada, the struggle isn't real to you, but women's suffrage is quite real to many American women. How many years have they had to fight to overcome the nasty stigmatism of women being "hormonal"? We have made tremendous inroads with women running for President, do you have any idea how harmful this could be to that? If men cannot fairly assess a woman's guilt because of "hormones" then how can they fairly assess whether or not to vote for a woman as president? No one is going to let a few women on this jury ruin all that work that has been done over the last 70 years. Especially not right before World War 3 starts. We need every able bodied woman to be in this army. This is their chance to once and for all get rid of the stigma of being "the weaker sex".

How many years have women had to suffer under the patriarchy not allowing them to fight in the army?

Did your wife let you out of the basement this afternoon?

You are being as 'dumb' as those you are making fun of.

I guess your attention span just gave out.

Pick one. Never mind. All 4 apply.

Prayfully,if another jury is empaneled, all 12 jurors will be fit for duty.🙏

IMO, it would be an answer to prayer if they 'make a deal' as is being considered. Nobody, NOBODY, needs this heinious, demonic aberration to be trotted out once again. There are not enough pink outfits to go around for the people on the left.

Did you listen to the women who were on the jury explain what happened during the deliberations? There was no question about the woman being guilty of a heinous crime. They all admitted that. The question was about whether or not she should be found not guilty by reason of insanity.

Now prior to this she had not been found "insane" by psychiatrists. Depressed, yes. Struggling with post partum yes. But not insane. That is a critical distinction. You are only found not guilty due to insanity if you cannot understand the nature of your actions and cannot discern between right and wrong. If you find this woman innocent due to insanity without any prior psychiatric diagnosis then there is nothing to stop any criminal from making the same claim.

I cannot know her state of mind, hence there is always going to be "doubt" and that is true of women as well as men on the jury. There isn't a single person who could say with certainty that she did not know that killing her three children was wrong. So if you say she must be found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt and that is based on your inferring her state of mind, which is temporary, no one is saying that before she killed them or after she killed them she didn't know it was wrong, they are only saying at that very moment she didn't know. If you were to use that as a standard, something that is unknowable and certainly impossible to ever be able to decide beyone all reasonable doubt, then you can never convict anyone of a crime.

In fact, it is like Catch 22. The only ones who you could argue are truly insane are those who don't claim to be.

So yes, I am making fun of them, and I am making fun of how absurdly idiotic they are. and I am making fun of how incredibly hypocritical it is to fight for equality and attack people talking about women being "hormonal" and then use this as an excuse to exonerate a confessed killer.

And yes, after 70 years of demanding to be treated equally I am definitely not going to rescind that right before WW3. War time is the best time to be treated equally.

Patrick Clancy admitted on the stand his then wife was suffering mental health issues.
But he did not help the defense in her case being he was a prosecution witness.

Also,Mr.Reddington isn't a police detective...

You called Patrick Clancy a 'family annihilator' and have agreed with @JohnDB's conspiracy theories the husband may have been involved in the murders.

Facts -
1. Lindsay Clancy confessed to the murders.
2. Defense lawyer Reddington has never suggested Patrick Clancy was involved in any way and is actively defending Lindsay Clancy for the murders.
3. Defense lawyer Reddington has also just reiterated to the world the conspiracy theories are wrong and Patrick Clancy is innocent.
4. Lindsay Clancy HERSELF has rejected the conspiracy theories and exonerated Patrick Clancy -

"Lindsay Clancy rejects the internet conspiracy theories accusing her ex-husband of killing their three children in 2023 and believes he has been unfairly targeted by online sleuths since her murder trial, her defense attorney Kevin Reddington told NBC News on Wednesday in a wide-ranging interview.
“She knows, and it’s readily apparent that Patrick has been set upon and his life has been turned upside down into a nightmare that he doesn’t deserve. Period. Full stop,” attorney Kevin Reddington said Wednesday." LINK

Reddington has said the jury was split 11-1 in favor of acquittal and claims the holdout did not apply reasonable doubt

Reddington badmouthed a juror who could not in good faith agree with the madding crowd. He is responsible for quite a bit of
the hatred and demonstrably kookoo behavior that brings out the best in those who have a bias against the facts and simply want to attend all demos and trials in favor of finding innocence where none was intended.

Incorrect. I said he could be.

Yeah I did see some of the info. They volunteered the fact the atmosphere was ..... difficult.

Yup. She was never found to be suffering from post partum. She was clinically having a problem with anxiety. The pp came up as a defence AFTER she spoke to a lawyer (don't know if Mr congeniality or another one).

We don't each other's state of mind half the time on this forum. I am a woman and I have no problem saying women can be very devious. It's just a fact.

Yeah well...hormonal might explain the blue states with female govs. I'm so  of it all.

Fact: Admitted is a very loose concept considering she was on enough meds to keep a pharmacy in business. It was like open bar with the drug cocktails she consumed albeit not all at the same time.

There was no question she was diagnosed BUT it was with anxiety....not post partum. That diagnosis appeared when she was
going to stand trial.

As far as Reddington goes, he is anything but professional. But he does know what he is doing.

You're confusing me with John DB.

lol...No. You liked all of JohnDB's posts, responded in agreement, and 'speculated' yourself that Patrick Clancy is a family assassin. It's a very simple question -

Is Lindsay Clancy's own statement absolving her husband enough proof that he was not involved in the murders or do you need more.

John DB postulated Patrick was involved.
I liked his posts.

Yes,I will always think Patrick is partly responsible because he abandoned his wife the moment he had an affair after getting her pregnant with her last baby.

I'll wait and see as to whether or not he's guilty in other ways.

Ms.Clancy is mentally ill.She can't make a rational judgement regarding her husband. Now,Ex.

They are divorced after the murdering?

Sticking with actual facts, he started dating a year after she killed their children. At this time, there is no known affair during their marriage. LINK

Pure speculation and assumption. Her lawyer would not have passed along her statement exonerating Patrick Clancy if she wasn't speaking clearly and rationally on this issue.

I don't think there's public evidence of that; but, this article gives a lot of information on the guy.

Apparently he has been "supportive" of Lindsey in public despite being a witness for the prosecution...

Now seeing that 'insanity defense' was likely the plan from the beginning anyway, and that they are both going after the medical community in court for $$$... it kinda muddies the water.

^^^ I say it muddies the water because 3 people are dead, and it looks like everyone is trying to see what they can get out of it... it's pretty sick. What they deserve is a lifetime supply of fire and brimstone.

The Clancys want money from the medical community- which is effectively socialized in Massachusetts. Her supporters want "better healthcare" likely in the form of more money into that system... which they will never say is "good enough". You can't run a civilization that pays women when they kill their kids.

What makes this even more sick, is that her insanity is masqueraded in the "christian" belief that her kids are automatically in heaven with Jesus: what logically follows to some, is that there is no really harm done, therefore really no victim, therefore really no crime; which is an extremely deceived, warped view, aside from being dangerous on a civilizational scale.
