And I will be here to confound heresies whenever called upon to do so.

BTW, I don't see anybody rushing the gates to join your religious sect. Quite the contrary.

I take it that this is proof that I'm doing my job....

I've set my shovel down. Maybe you'll get out of that hole eventually if you start filling it in instead of shoveling out.

You just proved his point and that of the verse. WOW. lol
Oh no, I'm not the heretic taking refuge in James 1:26 while shrinking from the light.

In fact that passage never crossed my mind as I don't need refuge from the light I stand in the light always.

Pathetic volley BTW. Try swinging harder.

"The servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient" (2 Tim. 2:24), and "Let your speech be alway with grace" (Col. 4:6). Simply declaring yourself to be standing in the light does not prove that you are; the Pharisees claimed the same thing (John 9:40-41).

That verse applies to all men who come believing, teachable and sincere. And of course, the teaching itself was sound doctrine. If you were actually wise and discerning you would know this.

Heretics get the scortched earth treatment.

Paul routinely excoriated and excommunicated heretics. In fact Paul gave the boot to these jokers who were merely postulating that the pre-trib rapture had come and gone!

[2Ti 2:17-18 KJV] – 17 And their word will eat as doth a canker: of whom is Hymenaeus and Philetus; 18 Who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some.

Galatians 1:8–9
"But even if we, or an angel from heaven, should preach to you a gospel contrary to what we have preached to you, he is to be accursed! As we have said before, so I say again now, if any man is preaching to you a gospel contrary to what you received, he is to be accursed!"

Titus 3:10–11
"Reject a factious man after a first and second warning, knowing that such a man is perverted and is sinning, being self-condemned."

Romans 16:17–18
"Now I urge you, brethren, keep your eye on those who cause dissensions and hindrances contrary to the teaching which you learned, and turn away from them. For such men are slaves, not of our Lord Christ but of their own appetites..."

Those passages apply to genuine heresy and the corruption of the gospel, not simply to everyone with whom we strongly disagree. Before you can invoke Hymenaeus, Philetus, Galatians 1, Titus 3, or Romans 16 against me, you must first demonstrate from Scripture that I am preaching another gospel, denying Christ, overthrowing the resurrection, or leading believers away from the faith. Which you have not done but I have as well as others, proven that you do.
Disagreeing with your interpretation of covenants, Israel, or prophecy does not automatically make someone a heretic.
Notice that even in the very chapter where Paul names Hymenaeus and Philetus, he also says, "The servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient" (2 Tim. 2:24).
Paul did both: he identified true heresy and he conducted himself according to the character Christ requires.
If I am truly a heretic, prove it from Scripture.
But simply applying labels does not establish the charge. You have shown to everyone that you fit this charge more than I.

Are you talking about these verses:
No, actually trying to find out why the delay of 2000 years between the 70th week ( -1 year, because of
Luke 13:6-9 AV ) and the remaining 6 years?:
(Matt. 24:21) says it will be "great tribulation, such as has not happened since the beginning of the world until this time, no, and never will." ... A final judicial judgment would require complete accounting. The verse instead implies a merciful interruption of a globally destructive event
? Seems to if God Actually 'Mercifully Interrupted' His Prophetic Program For His people ( Israel ),
Then Did He Not have Another Purpose Implied in
Ephesians 3:9, Which "He Kept Hidden " from all,
Until He Formed The "One New man" (
Ephesians 2:15 ), His Body Of Christ...

If This Is True,
then the answer to the op: replacement theology, yes or no? = No, yes?

Forgive me, I'm just a simpleton and non- 'prophetic expert' trying sort out Confusion. Thanks...
