The LAWS OF THE NEW COVENANT NOT THE OLD COVENANT...
That's what is commanded of us.

Do you even know the commandments of Jesus for the New Covenant?
Like can you even list them? There is no organized list in the New Testament....you have to know what Jesus said.
Or
Are you stuck on the Old Covenant and acting like you are special?
Some of The 10 commandments are named in James 2. And everyone agrees that Adultery and Murder and taking God's name in vain is a sin today..

The old covenant moral laws did not change in the new covenant.

God gave the 10 commandments and all are accepted today as sin except the 4th commandment.

Jesus said Mar 2:27-28.
27 And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath: 28 Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the sabbath.

The old covenant failed. The new was set on better promises.. the moral law is the same for both.

Jesus worked on Saturday, healed on Saturday, picked food on Saturday, gathered, teached on many days.
Sorry.
The sabbath command (obviously you have not read/studied it in Exo 20:8-11) states we do our own work for 6 days and rest from that work on the sabbath.
That's means any person's chosen type of profession (fisherman, tent maker, sheep herder, etc). Do that for 6 days, rest on the 7th day.
Jesus was a carpenter by trade when He was on this earth. Not once was He ever accused of making something out of wood on the sabbath....

Acts 15 and Colossians 2:16 prove you wrong. The church managed to evangelise much of the world without the false doctrines of the SDA. And that is still ongoing while SDA desperately seek to establish their own righteousness by obeying the law. Convert to Judaism. You will be right at home.
The SDA church does not teach this.

Did Jesus live the 10 commandments? And obey the 10 commandments?

A witness and example to us.

The law of God does not change over time. The standard of sin for God does not change. If God changes His moral laws then God is not JUST.

Are you saying the definition of Sin has changed?

When Jesus died on the Cross which definition of Sin did He die for?

The law of God defines sin.

Jesus obeyed the father. God's law.

Jesus is God. Jesus gave the Ten commandments. He did not give one set of moral laws only to change the years later.. your so stuck on the new Testament that the old has lost its value.
Do you know the commandments of the New Covenant whatsoever?

If not just admit that you don't know them.

But somehow, even though you don't know the new covenant commandments you somehow think you have authority to teach and preach?

I have too much fear and respect for God to go off half cooked like that. You are cray cray for doing what you are doing.

You don't understand the first thing about the Sabbath commandment or what its about.

Obvs.

Look....
My best advice is stop before you suffer the consequences for touching holy things you have zero authority to touch.

But many people retire and rest every day.
We also talked about many jobs have to work on Saturday, and you are good with them.
most people who don't work Saturday do rest on Saturday based on your understanding.
So hardly anyone is breaking the sabbath law according to your practice.
isn't that wonderful? According to your understanding .

Then how come my Holy Spirit says your Holy Spirit is Satan and opposed to all that is good and Holy?
Because there are other Spirits.

2Co 11:13-14
13 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. 14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.

Satan transforms into an angel of light...

How do we know the difference..

1Th 5:21 Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.

To "prove all things" effectively, we must have a standard. God has provided His Law and the testimony of His prophets as the "touchstone" for all truth.

Isa 8:20 To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.

1Jn 2:4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

2Ti 3:16-17
16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

All scripture not just the new Testament.

We are each under obligation to God to understand what He sends us. We must "search the scriptures" to see if these things are so, rather than yielding our judgment to religious leaders.
John 5:39
Acts 17:11

1Jn 5:2-3
2 By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments. 3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.

My advice is accept the Holy day before it is too late.

The Holy sabbath day was made for man.
Not made for man to ignore and reject but to uphold and obey.

Isa 58:13 If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words:

"the holy of the LORD"

Because it is the Lord's holy day you should think twice about ignoring it.

The main difference is understanding why the sabbath was MADE FOR MAN.

it is a holy time to remember the Lord who created the world and also admire the salvation He brings.

We can do this every day but the sabbath is set aside for holy use. Sanctified.

So by stopping your everyday work to keep the sabbath holy, is different from just stopping for a rest.

It is holy time and sanctified time that people enter into.. they delight in this time with God.

How presumptuous can you get?

Naturally God would not command someone to do what He knows is impossible for them.
Do you think God would punish a 90 year old crippled man who cannot work because he does not work 6 days per week?

You know the High Priest is Now seated right? This His Rest . Abolish the Sabbath because the high priest could never rest because of uncleanliness Jesus made sure we are clean that we may rest in him!

TThe the fourth commandment is the easiest to keep when you have the Holy Spirit you're automatically in His Rest . He took care of that for us . But but it's not covered if the holy spirit is not magmde abode or begotten again like Peter said then they switched the word to born again by men ,its in the same Greek word begotten Again original greek

What does the 4th commandment actually say?
It's Exo 20:8-11 and only 4 verses.
Take a moment and read what it says, verse by verse, word for word.

It is still one of the 10 in God's law.
Break just one precept and you have broken the entire law.
James 2:10-11

Your wrong about that because the opposite is true, many laws were actually abolished under the new covenant.
I agree.
We do not kill animals for redemption of sin, circumcision is not required, temple services, Jewish feast days, etc.
But the 10 commandments still stand for God's people.

Would you like a list of the principles of each of the 10 commandments known, commanded and kept in the NT?
Every single one of them. Including the 7th day sabbath of the 4th commandment.

Brother, you're making several claims that Scripture itself never actually makes.
Jesus is indeed "Lord of the sabbath" (Mark 2:28), but nowhere does He say, "I am changing the Sabbath from the seventh day to the first day."
Acts 20:7 describes a gathering on the first day of the week, and 1 Corinthians 16:2 speaks of setting aside a collection, but neither passage states that Sunday replaced the Sabbath.
If Christ intended such a covenantal change, where is the command?
Where is the declaration?
Where is the apostolic instruction to keep Sunday as the new Sabbath?
Scripture never provides one.
Instead, Paul says, "Let no man therefore judge you... in respect of... the sabbath days" (Col. 2:16-17) and "One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike" (Rom. 14:5).
Those statements do not sound like a newly established Christian Sabbath law.
Furthermore, saying the moral principle remains while the specific day changed is an inference imposed upon the text, not a teaching drawn directly from it.
Finally, your statement that Christ "never died" contradicts the repeated testimony of Scripture.
Paul says "Christ died for our sins" (1 Cor. 15:3), was buried, and rose again the third day (1 Cor. 15:4).
The divine nature did not cease to exist, but the incarnate Son truly died according to His humanity.
Scripture proclaims a real death and a real resurrection, not merely the appearance of death.
We should be careful not to elevate theological conclusions above what is actually written.
Where Scripture speaks, let us speak; where Scripture is silent, let us not be dogmatic.
The transition from the Saturday Sabbath (the Seventh Day) to the Sunday Sabbath (the Lord's Day or First Day) is not a cancellation of God's law, but as its fulfillment and renewal in Jesus Christ.
The moral principle of the Sabbath remains completely intact, while its specific day changed to honor the Resurrection.

The Ten Commandments are rooted in God’s character and are universally binding for all time. Therefore, the command to set aside one day out of seven for rest and worship remains permanent.

The specific seventh-day requirements, shadow-like rituals, and strict civil penalties were tied to the Old Covenant and the nation of Israel. These were fulfilled and set aside by Christ.

You claim that Jesus never changed the day. But He did change the day, not by rewriting the text of Exodus, but by the cosmic event of His Resurrection, which inaugurated a New Creation.

In the first creation, God worked six days and rested on the seventh. The Old Covenant Sabbath looked forward to a future rest.

In the new creation, Jesus finished His work on the cross, rested in the grave on the seventh day, and rose on the first day of the week (Matthew 28:1). Believers now start their week resting in Christ’s finished work before going out to work.

The early church immediately began meeting, breaking bread, and collecting tithes on the first day of the week (Acts 20:7, 1 Corinthians 16:2).

In Revelation 1:10, the Apostle John notes he was in the Spirit on "the Lord’s Day." In the first century, this was the specific term used for Sunday—the day Jesus rose.

After His resurrection, Jesus repeatedly chose to manifest Himself to His disciples on the first day of the week (John 20:19, 26).

The Apostle Paul explicitly warns New Testament believers against letting anyone judge them regarding the rigid keeping of the Old Covenant Jewish Sabbath:

Colossians 2:16–17: "Therefore do not let anyone judge you by what you eat or drink, or with regard to a religious festival, a New Moon celebration or a Sabbath day. These are a shadow of the things that were to come; the reality, however, is found in Christ."

Galatians 4:10–11: Paul expresses fear for the Galatians because they were slipping back into observing specific "days and months and seasons and years."

So there is plenty of Biblical support for the change.
