I agree that Ezekiel 37-48 cannot simply be brushed aside as insignificant prophetic details.
Those chapters contain major covenant promises concerning Israel, the nations, God's sanctuary, and His everlasting covenant of peace. If someone ignores them, that is a serious interpretive problem.
But before I call it heresy, I must first show that the interpretation corrupts the faith itself rather than merely mishandling a prophetic passage.
The solution is not to minimize Ezekiel 37-48, but to wrestle honestly with what those chapters actually say and how they fit with the rest of Scripture.
Ok then please "wrestle honestly" and get back to us.
But may I ask Mr. Professor Sir, have you not ALREADY "wrestled honestly" with these chapters and gotten the victory?

I can say without hesitation that I have ALREADY have fought this fight and prevailed mightily.

"What I refused to do was label fellow believers as heretics"

Oh no Mr. Professor Sir, you are greatly mistaken as regard my request.
I did NOT ask you to single out ANYBODY or ANY specific person or any BELIEVER as an heretic. Not at all.

What I DID ask for was as follows:
Please, I beg you, LIST if you can 3-5 significant "eschatological heresies" that you have identified on this thread.

May I please resubmit my question?
I earnestly plead that you indulge the board with your insights as regards this important matter.
You are the one labeling folks as heretics, I believe that ball is in your court to show proof as I asked many threads ago.

Well then, you should be able to show us your insights. Oh, thats right 30k posts, got it.

Oh no Mr. Professor Sir.
We absolutely need to hear your astute scholarly PhD inspired opinion.
Is it not true that an esteemed PhD professor (such as yourself) is apt, nay, OBLIGED to teach on complex matters of eschatology such as Ezekiel chapters 37-48?

In fact, we now know who to seek out for all of the right answers.
You do have answers readily available do you not Mr. Professor Sir?

As I have pointed out many pages ago, their purpose is to support a secular nation, which has nothing to do with Holy Jesus.
They are using the scripture to back up their secular support.

The jew leaders wanted secular power, Jesus was a threat to their power 2000 years ago.

Isn't that what everyone's been doing in this thread from the beginning, except for the ones who can't use scripture to back up their beliefs and refuse to.

With a few, it's just starting to sound like a one string banjo where all scripture being presented is just denied, but no scripture to back up why they are denying it.

We can't just say Jesus fulfilled EVERYTHING only through His death on the cross, because that's not what the Bible shows when we take the time to read it. It shouldn't be considered a legitimate answer and then repeated over and over as an answer, but that's what's been going on here for a few of them.

Sorry if I knocked your glasses off in that last post but you seem to have missed a post. Here I will say it again😊

No, you're using your limited understanding of the scriptures to hate Israel.

You're refusing to acknowledge what God/Jesus said about them and the original Covenant Promises that He made to them. If you don't want to live by every word of God, like Jesus told you to do in Matthew 4:4 and Luke 4:4, then don't blame it on cv5, but yourself.

King Christ Jesus, King of the Jews, seated on His Davidic Throne, in Jerusalem, ruling the גּוֹיִם, gôyim with a rod of iron is by your estimation a "secular nation"?

Doesn't sound right to me.

Perhaps our resident PhD and scholar @OMC can propound both mightily and wisely on this important matter?

So then what you are telling us is that you do NOT have answers readily available to you Mr. Professor Sir?

But I listened to your tearful sermon about faithful ministers being able and willing to teach ALL those who ask without prejudice or malice. Are you now doing a rug pull and abandoning us to hopeless stygian ignorance?

Please, I beg you, LIST if you can 3-5 significant "eschatological heresies" that you have identified on this thread.

Scripture presents the fulfillment as centered on Christ's rule, Christ's covenant, Christ's cleansing, and Christ's kingdom, not on secular nationalism.

Please, Mr. Professor, sir, help us. We earnestly seek the benefit of your hard-won knowledge and wisdom.

Do not let those eight years of university study and a lifetime of lecturing go to waste.

PLEASE bestow upon this thread the legacy of your life's work. We promise it will not go to waste.

That's not what I said.

Do you know the difference between secular and holy?

Secular people bow to golden calf, baal, ..... commit murder, sexual immorality.....

As I point out many times, I do not bow down to golden calf.

If you choose to, please don't drag me into it.

If I come from Judaism background, will that make your statement true?

If....

Jesus do not care earthly background. Only God centered, not human centered.

The point of this entire thread is for Christians to teach each other what the Bible says about "Replacement Theology". The Bible teaches that there IS NO REPLACEMENT THEOLOGY. It's been proven to you by the scripture. The fact that you refused to answer my question, tells me everything I need to know about why you reject the scriptures pertaining to these matters.
