Get behind me, Satan! If you don't understand how a system can totally ruin someone's ability to accept the Holy Spirit because of the way that they practice, the way that they pray, who they choose to follow, pray to, and listen to instead of God/Jesus, you are sadly mistaken. So, heads up!!

Satan has been behind you all day. Or is he in front of you?, hard to tell with all the smoke.

I could say the same thing about many here who are rejecting the Word of God for what it says. You don't have to speak like a dragon to be a lost soul unworthy of the Holy Spirit because of your rejection of God/Jesus' word.

unworthy of the Holy Spirit?? That is Dragon speech if there ever was! You are not the Lord! You cant judge who is worthy. Wow, the blatant disregard of his authority.

Let me ask you a question straight out and I want a direct answer. No wishy washy mush. Do you really think people who are praying to Mary or the saints are doing so because they are filled with the Holy Spirit?! That's NOT what Jesus said to do, it is disobeying His word. I just showed you what can happen to ANYONE, including a POPE, when people choose to make the wrong choices and follow the wrong people instead of the Word of God.

I do not find a biblical example of believers praying to departed saints, nor do I find any apostolic instruction to do so.
Therefore, I cannot attribute that practice to the teaching of the Holy Spirit.
However, I would also be careful not to declare that every person who does it is unsaved.
The practice itself should be tested by Scripture, and I do not believe Scripture supports it.

What's that saying, "The road to hell is paved with good intentions"? I'm not saying what I do out of hate for people, but as a warning as to how subtle Satan can work. The Catholic church endorses those Marian visions, like the Lady of Fatima and the Lady of Guadalupe. It sounds innocent enough when you don't read the transcripts of those visions carefully. Those visions show Mary stating things like asking people to build churches in HER honor, to pray to (the Rosary) and seek HER, in order to gain favor and protection. Do you think the real mother of Jesus would ever say such a thing? When people invoke Mary in their prayers, they are opening a door for any other spirit to come in to deceive them without even realizing it. God/Jesus isn't going to be very forgiving for people who fall into the Marian worship trap. If Pope John Paul II had read His Bible instead of following philosophers, mystics, and people like Manafort, he'd know better. So, Jesus expects us to know His word to escape the traps of Satan. Rejecting what God/Jesus taught in his word makes people ripe to be fooled by Satan and a future Anti-Christ. He'll be as subtle as Satan.

So, if people really took the time to research what really happened AFTER the vision of the Lady at Guadalupe, they'd find that all those Mexicans they thought converted did nothing but go back to calling Mary by the name of their former pagan goddess a short time later. Allowing pagan cultural practices to seep into Christianity was a HUGE MISTAKE and the Catholic church allowed it to happen.

@OMC, I'll let you in on something else some Catholic churches endorse. Some of them actually offer a 33 day course on Marian Consecration and how to TOTALLY consecrate yourself to Mary. Those classes TEACH people to offer their bodies, souls, and lives to Mary as a means to get to Jesus Christ, and that's no joke. THIS is how SATAN works. Most Catholics don't think anything of it because they've been CONDITIONED to believe whatever their church tells them is safe and if they leave the Catholic church, that they no longer are a member of the church of God. This is NOT how Christianity should be practiced.

Well well. The PhD Bible answer man didn't actually have any answers did he? And ran for cover when called upon to commit to answer this simple question:

"Please, I beg you, LIST if you can 3-5 significant "eschatological heresies" that you have identified on this thread."

And when defeated and exposed as a hapless rube rather than the astute scholar he claims to be, he hurls fresh Papal bull cow patties in a fit of infantile churlish angst.

Indeed, after 31K posts, you become quite expert at reading the room. And I had @OMC pegged a long long time ago.... :sneaky: ;)

Love you too.

I'm not sure whether I've walked into a storm in a tea cup, or some persons personal agenda, but either way as Christians we should always be on guard against demons and against demonising each other, I'm concerned and I can see over the top of this behaviour, but I have to say it's not very mature and only shows a lack of spiritual growth,

Sorry, but I've had enough of these conversations with people of the above denomination to know when I'm being lied to and when they are deceiving themselves. There's no polite way to warn people of these types of things. Like I said, it wasn't being spoken out of hatefulness. Sometimes, the truth just hurts and people want to blame the person who's dishing it out.

OMC doesn't want to hurt anyone's feelings for fear that they won't respond to his messaging, but a few of these people aren't responding to the Word of God anyway. I can't blame him for that, but it was childish for him to start a challenge with you in the first place. I'm sure he thought that it didn't matter what scripture you presented as long as he could get everyone to dislike or ignore you for your harsh way of speaking to people. And it can be excessive. Most people are not going to respond well to that.

I know what you mean about being able to read people, that's how I know exactly what denomination the ones come from who evade questions and lie to me.

Well done @Revelation1v8 . Everyone on the thread should archive those posts.
Is that enough evidence to convince anybody and everybody of the certainty of the prophesied redemption of the Nation Israel?
Indeed it is.

Now we need to ask ourselves: why have the detractors chosen to deny, dismiss, and rebel against the Word of the Lord?

Love you too.
Not as much as YHVH loves his wife the Nation Israel. Not even close.
As we can see illustrated and personified here in Judges 15. Obviously prophetic don't you think?
I have already predicted your response: "these passages prove nothing".
But let me qualify your opinion: only to those who cannot see.....

Jdg 15:2
Her father said, “I really thought that you thoroughly hated her; therefore I gave her to your companion. Is not her younger sister better than she? Please, take her instead.”

Jdg 15:3
And Samson said to them, “This time I shall be blameless regarding the Philistines if I harm them!”

Jdg 15:4
Then Samson went and caught three hundred foxes; and he took torches, turned the foxes tail to tail, and put a torch between each pair of tails.

Jdg 15:5
When he had set the torches on fire, he let the foxes go into the standing grain of the Philistines, and burned up both the shocks and the standing grain, as well as the vineyards and olive groves.

Jdg 15:6
Then the Philistines said, “Who has done this?” And they answered, “Samson, the son-in-law of the Timnite, because he has taken his wife and given her to his companion.” So the Philistines came up and burned her and her father with fire.

Jdg 15:7
Samson said to them, “Since you would do a thing like this, I will surely take revenge on you, and after that I will cease.”

Jdg 15:8
So he attacked them hip and thigh with a great slaughter; then he went down and dwelt in the cleft of the rock of Etam.
