Hey Everyone,

I'm currently fighting VICIOUS forum allegations that I consume way too much popcorn (not naming any names, *cough cough* @RodColeman!)

Thing is, it's NOT my fault!!!

It's just that there's SO MUCH DRAMA in the forums, I have no choice but to bring along "The World's Biggest Bag of Popcorn"!! (Everyone knows drama warrants popcorn!)

Seeing as it probably won't slow down any time soon (or will pick back up again -- even if we have to make it ourselves,) I'm starting to wonder if there might be other options in the snack department.

I already eat my popcorn with a spoon.

OBVIOUSLY so that I can be READY to jump into ANY argument, disagreement, or mud-slinging moments at the BLINK OF AN EYE -- but NOT have to worry about getting butter on my keyboard. 😎😇😆🍿⌨️💻

Maybe I should consider cereal as another possible choice?

After all, it's important to eat a VARIETY of different foods!!

* What kinds of foods do YOU think go best with online drama?*

Just for fun, I'm going to write a multiple-answer poll where you can see what people vote. The poll only offers about 10 options and can't possibly include everything, so come back and tell us what YOUR preferred "drama-worthy" snacks are -- and why!!

I just might be writing out my grocery shopping list while reading all of your suggestions!! 😁

Pistachios. Salted. Shelled. Always.

Aside from that, whatever is available. If you provided snacks I'll eat them.

We always knew you were a nut. 😁🥜

So you prefer buying the ones that are pre-shelled?

For some reason, I guess I always found something satisfying about shucking them (though I admit it's VERY frustrating getting down to that last handful that just WON'T come out of the shell, no matter what tool you use.)

Can't beat OG popcorn, butter and salt...but when there is no popcorn to be had...

salty fried broad beans

just plain salt, no spicy or garlicky ones

However its more likely there to be popcorn than broad beans

Back when I was in high school in east TN, I popped back down to west TN to visit Grandma. She sent me home with a two pound bag of unshelled pistachios. I sat at lunch in high school and ate those things until there were two half-moon bruises under my thumbnails.

Gimme already shelled nuts, thanks. I ain't doing that again.

I like cracking peanut shells. Usually can just squeeze them but you can bite them with your teeth, they aren't rock hard.

Also, if eating fried broad beans I usually eat the shells as well, if they are fried the right way. Crunchy

Pistacios are a bit too hard work to eat with the shells, but at least they are no macadamias. You'd need a real heavy duty nutcracker for those

Fuego shelled sunflower seeds, if you're upset about something online you'll really be annoyed at how tedious it is cracking each seed open for a little bit of nothing + a burn especially if you're hungry.

Pumpkin seeds...mum was always cracking those. I didn't have the patience.

The annoying thing with popcorn is all the unpopped kernels that sit at the bottom of your bowl/bag, that you have to then pop again, but even so, some refuse to pop

From the thread that I have *unfortunately* embroiled myself in, I believe I can safely say that drama is best served with....Nothing. (aka fasting.) It's all the rage in bible fanatic circles, try it sometime, and maybe God will pronounce you the One True Prophet and Speaker Of The Most High God. You never know. 🤣

the prawn crackers

I couldn't eat the fried chicken while watching a drama because the bones and a bit messy

Online drama food has to be something you can eat out of a bowl or bag with your hands and not get sauce all over them or grease otherwise you can't type properly and your keyboard will get all crumbly

Which thread was that and can we rubberneck/lurk?

We'll just put emoji reactions there to indicate we have read it. I usually pick the
or this one
😲

If something shocking is said.

Probably lol. Who cares about this really? Do we really know? I mean David said there wasn’t anywhere he could go to get away from God. Jonah tried to run from God but couldn’t. For those of us that are saved and filled with the Holy Spirit, are in constant communication with God.

To help settle the argument, each side should challenge the other with a week long fast and each should report back on what God told each side about the issue.
you are welcome
