For a Boy I like "Christian" from Pilgrim's Progress. And for girls I like Faith, Hope, Charity, Grace and stuff like that.
Great question, Liamson (regarding baby names). I've always been partial to "Christopher Michael"... common names, but it just sounds so doggone stately . I actually love all kinds of names and it would be hard to pare it down to just a few. I knew of someone who had twins, "Nathan" and "Jathan", which I thought was kind of cool. Though I've teased my friends that if I had twins, I would name them classic things such as "Peanut Butter" and "Jelly", or "Salt" and "Pepper". 
I then feel the need to pull a 180 as far as girls' names go... while I love classics such as "Sara", "Linda", and "Leah", I also love harder-to-find names such as Arianna, Aurora, and Angelica (or maybe I'm just on a roll with the A's here.)

Nod (Holly)--I know you've mentioned before that your Dad is a pastor--what was that like growing up? Did you feel people were much harsher on you because of it? What advice would you have for those in the spotlight and those of us who may be tempted to (unfairly) put higher standards on a pastor's family?

Or does it really depend on the individual cases? When I was studying behavioral psych in school, I often wondered how much real progress was made. Sure, the people making a living off it claimed there were big strides, but I always wondered what kind of answers you'd get from the recipients.
Ugly--How long did it take to grow your beard? Very cool.
Catlynn--What is your favorite thing about being a mom to your daughter (she's so cute), and what advice would you give to other young, probably very scared, mothers-to-be?
FOR EVERYONE: Are you a morning or night person? And what's your favorite kind of sandwich? Yeah, I like to be random like that. 
I am definitely a morning person--always have been. Even as a kid, I would go to bed at 9 PM, get up at 3 AM, do my homework, then nap for an hour or two before school. I still hold a similar schedule today. Favorite sandwich(es!)--my Mom got me hooked on Reubens! MMM. Other faves include ham and cheese, grilled cheese, and... do cheeseburgers count as sandwiches? (You may notice a common factor here... Don't forget the cheese!)

Well, in my experience Mental health is based a lot on the time energy and authenticity people put into it. Like My mother played the system a lot and the mental health professionals who saw through what she was selling she didn't like, so she found ones that would buy what she was selling. She used her mental condition as leverage against her work and my dad. I felt like I was the only one who could see that and for the most part still do.
However, My birth mother from whom I was adopted is quite the opposite. She has Schizophrenia and has made significant progress due to therapy as well as medications.
Christopher Micheal... wasn't that the name of the boy from Winnie the Pooh?
I like Sara and Leah. I've met too many Linda's to name my kid that. Aurora is a princess' name.
The only Arianna I know of is Huffington, which probably isn't best example. And the only Angelica I know is the one from Rugrats, also probably not what you were thinking of.

I would love to tell this, but I am wondering if putting it here is the right thing to do. Have you ever poured your heart out in a long post and then it just gets ignored? Thats one of the things I am afraid of because its not a very exciting story at all. The other reason is that people might scoff at it because a big part of it has to do with catholic stuff.

Liamson: Names I like - Jullianna (not my real name as you know) or Amy Nicole (what I'd planned to name my son if he'd been a girl) for a girl. Boy names I like - Kelly, Liam or Iain. My son is named after both of his grandfathers. Family is important to me.

A lot of us were playing crack the whip and racing on skates, and this one cute, quiet guy kept smiling at me and kicking my butt at everything. I started laughing, called him a jerk, he called me a brat and we got married soon after.

It's a joke. In thinking about it, I can't remember ever seeing any of the guys I worked with ever eat a donut. I only like chocolate covered longjohns without the creme filling, but not very often. I'm not big on sweets. Cops DO drink a TON of coffee (not me though; don't like it; love my sweet tea and Dr Pepper), mostly to say awake all night. We also liked to meet for breakfast a lot, but it was eggs or biscuits and gravy, not donuts. One guy always took my toast.

Was thinking of a favorite old Saturday cartoon: "Spiderman and His Amazing Friends" (Fire Star... aka, Angelica Jones.
) Thank you for your honest answers regarding the mental health field--I find it very interesting that you point out how recipients can play the system... I know this is a bit different, I worked at a school for kids with developmental issues for a semester and it was often a very disheartening cycle. The kids used many of their behaviors for attention... whether positive or negative--there was no way to win or move forward.

, sports, exclusively, I've watched kids play sports mostly, young'uns and older ones. Ritter, why do I call myself GreenNnice? I chose green as my favorite color when I was about age 10 and its stuck, plus, I live in the Pacific Northwest, and, our state, Washington, is 'The Evergreen State,' filled with HUGE pine and fir trees, plus, I am green when it comes to dating, though my age is correct, just never have, although I did dance Friday and Saturday nights in college way back when, and really have had no fear of asking girls out I've just never seen it right time from Him and I know that my choices in life have affected that potential outcome but I've never doubted God's plan for my life, going forward, He has ALWAYS led me blessed, in all my work and family and friends, plus, I have a lot of green in my eyes.

Seoulsearching, I am content because I made a faith choice to believe in God to take care of me in life long aco, and, though I did backslide in my mid-20's, doing things akin to not trusting in God I never most faith in my Creator. I realized I could make great big mistakes of sin and He would provide ways for me to get deliverance
That mind of storybook way of God personallly loving me with providing individual ways to rebuke different sins has made me privy to His ways of living with no doubt whatever happens now was taking care of in my past so I KNOW God will take care of whatever comes my way in my future ................

I would make a terrible chief. Most importantly, I'm not a politician, I don't kiss butt well and I wouldn't have the time to dedicate to the things I really love. I like direct contact with people. I like looking for what most people will never see. I love puzzles. I love the quest. I love bad guys not getting away with it.
Actually though, I've been thinking more along the lines of teaching. We'll see.

You will be happy to know that I've told myself I will not date any more guys who need me to pay their way. I will, from no on, only date guys who can afford to pay their own way (I'm not asking them to pay my way, I'm just hoping that they can at least pay their own.)
This leads to some accusing me of being materialistic and all about money. I've " solved" the problem by not dating anyone for a very long time!!
I do keep praying that someday God will bless me with an amazing, compassionate, Spirit-filled guy... who can afford to pay for his own sandwich (and fries, if we're feeling especially decadent) without thinking I am some kind of prima donna or gold digger (I would appreciate old-fashioned chivalry if he offered to pay for my sandwich, but am able to pay for mine if need be.)
You might say I'm waiting for the guy who has his own green so that I don't have to fork it out (until I'm in the red.)

I teach both. For understanding, teens. For some reason, I find that teens tend to do better when learning to play. The younger ones, around 3-5 have attention problems. 6-9 have understanding problems, and 10-12 are pretty close to teens. Once you get past say 20-21, then it starts to become harder for someone to learn. As for behavior wise, pretty much older children and adults are easiest to teach. (Wonder why that might be?)

Late night person. I tend to have more energy when it's late at night.
As for my favorite sandwich, it would probably be a wrap, because it has less bread than a traditional sandwich has. I especially love it with some type of cream cheese, lettuce, turkey, provolone or munster cheese, and peppers.
