No one has a license to sin. The problem you people do not get is you will NEVER be sinless enough to earn your salvation. If stopping sin is a guideline and essential for salvation. NO ONE ON THIS PLANET WILL EVER MAKE IT.

Um, I never told you or anyone not to be righteous.

I am saying you can't get right with God by doing this, our righteousness are as filthy rags, Your trying to earn salvation, thinking you can lose it.

If you can't earn it to recieve it, You can't earn it to keep it.

Those who are Gods will do those things, or they will be chastened by the HS and brought back into line. They CANT CONTINUE IN SIN, God won't allow it!

It states I am saved by grace because I can not earn it.

I am being saved by grace, because I still can not earn it.

And I will be continue to be saved by grace because I will never be able to earn it.

Its a state of growing up and walking with the Holy Spirit.

when you begin you are a baby and you have to drink milk and be cared for.

Eventually you are allowed to eat solid food, learn to crawl and then walk.

Sometimes you may fall but God picks you back up. You learn not to stumble and eventually you mature into a adult.

I say I have been saved because God has cleansed me of my sins by the blood of the Lamb. I have been given a NEW heart and a NEW spirit to be able to love and obey God's commandments.

I am BEING saved because I am still learning all of the things God wants me to be and do. I am adding diligently to my faith virtue, knowledge, self control, patience, brotherly kindness and love. I am beginning to display in my life the Fruits of walking with the Spirit of God. I have learned to be more gentle, loving, kind, loyal, patient, etc because I learned from how GOD treated me when I stumbled and did things against His will. I learned what grace really means and what it means to grieve the Spirit. I learned how life was like when I tried to walk alone and how much God really has protected me through this life and how His will and His burden is good and light.

I have faith that I WILL be saved when in the last day God resurrects His children and gives us NEW bodies that do not get sick, grow old or die. When God wipes away every tear and creation has been made anew. then not only I but the whole world WILL be saved.

Spiritual salvation is supposed to be when someone believes in God and accepts Him as their Saviour and knows God. A saved person should be just as saved for eternity. I don't see how being mature or getting a new body in heaven can make anyone more saved than they already are.

I always believed salvation is MORE then just knowing God. For even the demons knew God and trembled.

I do believe someone who is saved is saved for eternity but salvation is being BORN again of both SPIRIT and water.

God does not want us to be babies forever. we are to grow and mature in Christ.

Salvation isn't just a spiritual state of believing in God and accepting Him as their Savior.

It is becoming a NEW creation in Christ.

I'm not sure if I can explain it fully. You should listen to the sermons.

Selenah, Judas had his "part" to play also, Jesus had to be betrayed according to prophecy. (Act 1:16) His father, Satan needed a "body" to do his bidding, as the Word needed a body to do God's bidding. Judas was to the devil as John the Baptist was to Jesus. John's duty was to proclaim Jesus, Judas' duty was to betray the Son, as he will again at the end. (2Th 2:3) Remeber, he was the son of perdition (ruin, loss) (Joh 17:12).

salvation is not eternal life, it receiving the Holy Spirit and being able to cry forth Abba Father.

If you are saved you will have eternal life, but salvation itself is so much MORE then eternal life.

as for Judas.He never was either. HE was NOT clean and Jesus tells us this:

plus the Holy Spirit did not come upon the disciples until after Jesus ascended into Heaven as is documented in Acts 2.

therefore there was NO way that Judas could have had the HOLY SPIRIT within him.

Therefore he was NOT saved at any point but he tasted of the fruits of Heaven, heard the words of God and rejected it.

He is the example of Apostate who loved the world and money more then Jesus.

Don;t listen to this selenah. If we could ever stop sinning, we would stop having a need to have grace, and could earn it on our own, and thus grace would ceast to exist and we would actually earn what God calls a gift.

We can never be good enough to earn salvation. Just one sin on one day is judged by God apart from grace the penalty uncured because of sin. That penalty is death.

That means if you say one white lie today, You have incurred a penalty of death against you. I can not see any man going a 24 hour period with out one sin of any type. (due to getting angry, Wanting what someone else has, being jealous of someone, Having pride in something and not giving credit to God. complaining about something no matter how little.) which means at least once a day we all have done something which is worthy of the penalty of death. Which means we will NEVER be good enough to earn salvation.

why people think they could ever be good enough to earn salvation is beyond me.

Paul says I HAVE BEEN SAVED (past tense)

Jesus said whoever believes in him HAS eternal life.(john 3: 16 and many other areas) they posses it. It is theirs, if it is not eternal, God lied.
