all these labels.
Benefits of Sunlight
Getting enough exposure to sunlight each day is important to your health and mental well-being. Sunlight increases Vitamin D production which helps your body absorb and use calcium. Sunlight also provides the body with vitamin C.
Sunlight helps regulate hormones such as melatonin and serotonin. Melatonin helps the body sleep while serotonin effects mood. Too much or too little melatonin or serotonin can lead to decreased energy, depression and fatigue.

people get depressed or anxious. they tell their doctor. far too often psychiatric medication is dispensed when it should be the among last options (imo).
if this repeats enough times, doctors simply flip through the DSM, and like our "Judicial system", a diagnosis (and re-diagnosis) is made by precedent - in other words, "patient not responsive enough to 'anti-depressant', new diagnosis is needed, therefore new medication is needed". the next thing we know we have people worse off than than ever.
i don't know. something seems not quite legit to me with all this psychotropic medication thing. i know its helpful in many cases but the "labels" are dangerous i think.
