Do you think Jonah left his socks in the belly of the whale - maybe that's why it spat him out, it got indigestion.

Oh by the way - lost one of my favourite pink socks yesterday, the ones with the red heart trim around the top - wah, wah I want my sock back. :(

If anyone sees the sock fairy please can you tell him for me. ;)

would you believe the problem of the missing socks is a worldwide prob? even here too. maybe the 'married' socks just dont like each other any more and move out...leaving one behind of course. maybe sock counselling will help?

Sock counselling - that is so funny.
Maybe they have personal hygiene issues, or maybe the fluff just fades away over time. :D

It's all a sockspiracy. Socks like to hide sometimes to see how long it takes for us to go crazy looking for them. But I've managed to outwit them all and just go out in mismatched socks. Who says socks have to match anyway????

My sister gave me funny socks for my birthday that say Left Foot and Right Foot. I lost one ages ago and finally found it yesterday.

true story here, I have 2 friends who were roommates, and one of them was a little OCD about his socks that he used a sharpie and
labeled the right one with an R
and the Left one with an L

My other friend was so confounded by this, a grown man labeling socks left and right
He asked him one time why do you label your socks
The other guy responded confused and wrinkly eyebrowed " so I dont get em mixed up"
as if Duh
So he was like...well alright and dropped it for the time being
So one day one notices the other come home with some shopping stuff and a package of new socks
and he watches him label them with the sharpie
My other friend mischievously goes out and buys another package of new sock and waits the next day for him to go to work
While he's at work
My friend labels allllllll his socks

The next morning he hears an aggrevated scream AHHHHH
And he wakes up and runs into his room asking" whats wrong whats wrong!!!"
The other guy is all mad,,,what'd you do with all my left socks

BTW....Im serious and not making this up

So my friend is antagonizing him,
Well just use the right sided socks and put them on the left foot
the other is arguing with him
I CANT do that!!!!
Well why not?
he says, Cuz Thats like putting the wrong shoe on the wrong foot
He finallys says, Dude they werent labeled to begin with correct?
And he answers , well yeah
then he asks, SO how do did you know which sock to put an R on and which one to put an L on?
He answers, well it doesnt matter at first but so I dont get em mixed up later
The other says...THEYRE ALL THE SAME !!!!!
finally he explains
noooo, I know theyre all the same just after you wear em for awhile they seem to form to your foot and feel weird when you switch em.
The other friend finally had to admit he had a legitimate argument there for the guy labeling his socks.

Well a week has now passed and my pink sock is still missing - I don't know you wash them, take them for long walks, even go shoe shopping with them and how do they reward you - by running off (actually that would be hopping off - only one missing sock) with the sock fairy.

Do you think the centre of the earth is full of missing socks. I know some people have this theory of a molten iron core but i'm sure its full of socks.

Found one hiding in my pant leg once. It was low on my left calf like it wanted to be near it's mate. So, who's mate was on my right foot? hmmm
