Even though I had a rough patch lately, I gotta input on a few here.

-If a girl breaks a date with you within the first 2 months of dating, flush that number down the toilet. Of course, with a VALID excuse. It's pretty easy to tell when a woman is lying in this area.

-If the girl is consistently late, it shows low interest level. Very probable, but not always.

-Out of 30 girls that you ask for their number, 20 will say no, 5 will give you the wrong number, 2 will be gold diggers, 2 will have bad attitudes or not be your type, and 1 will MAYBE work out. I think these stats might be a little bit off. Well in my experience maybe 1/3 or so will go out with me, but just not more than once! haha.

-Do not leave a message on her answering machine. Call back another time. Disagree - Tell her to call you back. If she does not, you'll know her interest level is below 50%. If she is the more reserved type say "Call me back if you'd like or I'll try calling back at a later time. Bye!"

-Don't date a flirt. I actually LOVE these types of women. They are fun, I get what you're saying though. This is more of a case by case basis.

-Don't come on too strong. This has been my issue I believe. Not before a first date, during it. If I want something I go after it, and me being forward might come across as too attatched or possible impure. I was used to secular dating in which women view that sort of thing much differently, so I need to change my behavior in this area.

The rest of the points I totally agree with. I'm guessing you have either read 3% man or watch Corey Wayne's Youtube channel =) That guy is really good teaching this stuff.

Never heard of him but he sounds interesting. And yes most of these are tips or guidelines and different in individual cases

He talks about pretty much everything you mentioned and has a really good udnerstanding of women. How women really are, not how they say they are.

Of course, as with all the secular dating advice, you have to filter through all the parts talking about "How to get her in bed" and trash like that.

Ritter here you go

You cant go wrong with tips that have the word toilet in them :D

I agree with all the tips in the first post (I wouldn't necessarily word it the same), except the one about breaking a date within the first two months....I would actually shorten that, personally. I'm not about to play cat and mouse games for 2 months. I didn't read all the pages in the thread, so I apologize in advance if I'm repeating what everyone else said. I'm not as naive as I was a few years ago when it came to this sort of thing and have a lower tolerance for bull.

I don't flush numbers in the toilet though...I add them to my DNA list...I'd hate to be caught off guard and answer a call from someone I've been trying to avoid after we cut things off.

Tips...I'm by no means an expert or even that experienced...this is just stuff that grabs my attention and things I personally notice.

-Don't be negative or constantly put yourself down..no one likes being around a debbie downer
-When you talk to her, make eye contact...sounds simple, but you can make a girl feel like she's the only person in the world. Just don't be creepy about it.
-Unless you are an on call surgeon, put the cellphone away
-Be passionate about SOMETHING. It makes you interesting, and you sound worlds smarter if you're an expert at some hobby, topic, etc. To me its the equivalent of how a lot of girls feel when they see a guy with a cute puppy
-don't start mapping your future together right away. Its scary on a 'fear for my physical safety' level.
- I'm impressed by guys who are close to their family. Not a pre-requisite or a dealbreaker if you're not, and we don't need to meet the parents right away, heh. I just notice it right away since I have a large family myself, and I think its sweet and endearing.
- texting is not for full conversations.
-make her laugh
- come up to the door, rather than her walking to the car
- don't appease women by just agreeing with everything to keep the peace. If something bothers you, speak up..you don't want to be a doormat
- don't be shy about your love for God, it's important and part of who you are
- take the lead...like asking her what she wants to drink/eat and subsequently ordering for her and yourself... i think its a definite power move, shows on some subtle level that you like to look out for her and that you like making sure she gets what she wants
- be honest with yourself and with her, have integrity

WOW... just thought I would look at the the singles forum.
I had to check again... this is christian chat right???
Absolutely nothing helpful, biblical or funny in this thread,
How sad to treat the subject of "dating" (the modern manner in which two people develop a relationships in hopes of leading to marriage) and the opposite sex with such cavalier and self centered attitude.
