When we are saved/filled with the holy spirirt, are we still under the law?
Did not Paul teach to STILL keep God's laws to those that stopped sinning?
1 Cor.6
[9] Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,
[10] Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.
[11] And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.
1 Cor.10
[8] Neither let us commit fornication, as some of them committed, and fell in one day three and twenty thousand.
Please note that Paul included himself above; "Neither let us commit fornication,...."
Let's read what COULD happen to those that are filled with God's Holy Spirit;
Heb.6
[4] For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,
[5] And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,
[6] If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.
Is this not a warning that keeping God's laws AFTER they have received His Holy Spirit is still a requirement?
