Young vs Old Earth?
I don't like Young Earth, watching Earth go around wearing fashions from the 1980's, riding fixie bikes, and wearing huge headphones and sunglasses trying to look cool. We had huge headphones in the 70's and 80's because that's all that we had.
Personally, I tend to prefer post-midlife-crisis-Earth.
I like it when Earth has moved beyond the hairpiece-and-shiny-convertible-going-5MPH-under-speed-limit-in-the-left-lane Earth, but has not yet entered the realm of tennis-balls-on-the-legs-of-the-walker and breakfast-at-3AM-lunch-at-7AM elderly Earth.
Oh, and I like colby-jack cheese. It's colorful, like the cheese version of a donut with sprinkles.

ok so anyway my favorite cheeses are Paranno (mouth-watering good! same family as parmesan cheese), Dubliner (sort of a mixture of aged sharp cheddar, parmesan and swiss), and sharp cheddar.
