Aargh massive monster on the ceiling above my bed, when I woke up this morning. As big as the palm of my hand....help 😱
if she must be evicted, please trap her by putting a cup against the ceiling around her, then slide a bit of paper underneath ((careful not to break her legs!)) and then release her outside, maybe closer to the neighbors..

please don't smoosh! she's not poisonous to people and really means no harm. beautiful little creatures :)

Aw, please don't kill her. :( She's not poisonous. She's right on time too as they typically appear in September.

Please put her outside. The cup and paper idea is great. Just slide the paper gently through the underside of the cup, hopefully plastic so you can see her as you do this, and she'll jump into the cup. Don't be afraid when she drops like that. You have a cup between you both. Then keep the paper over the top of the cup and put her outside.

Open your door, you can hold the paper to the cup top by putting it under your chin and pressing down gently so it stays secure as you open the door with the other hand.
Then let her outside. Under a tree or near shrubs so she can find cover. She won't hurt you.

All God's creatures. Even spiders. :)
Even the poisonous one's, which she is not one. Imagine putting yourself in their place. If you were just a few inches off the ground in a big huge world of predators wouldn't you want to pack a powerful punch if threatened?
