No, but people do not first always have to hear that.
You knew your wicked sins before you were saved. At one point in time you came across that knowledge somewhere. You cannot be saved without a CONTRITE heart. Quit spewing a different gospel

I praise You God for Your HYPER GRACE VIEW THRU CHRIST JESUS!! I praise You Father God that when I was walking in legalistic blindness, struggling to follow religious laws to please You, Your truth set me FREE!! I bless You GOD that You opened my eyes to Your HYPER GRACE VIEW THRU CHRIST JESUS and I finally saw that I am indeed washed clean!!! I lift up Your name forever my Lord and my God, that Your HYPER GRACE VIEW THRU CHRIST JESUS was mighty in pulling down strongholds in my life and I now walk by faith, not by sight! I know now thru Your HYPER GRACE VIEW THRU CHRIST JESUS that YOU REIGN IN ME FOREVER!!! HALLELUJAH!! GLORY TO GOD!!!

The law is the 10 commandments. We know we are not under them but the lost will be judged by them. Thats what I was trying to say. Do I need to further connect the dots for you or do you get it now? Law and then grace
No need to get all flimmy flammy about it. I'm sure glad I got the grace before I got the law part....man....I didn't know we were on a checkoff list again I guess. Makes sense tho.....have you ever seen the spongebob episode called..."spongebob has a party" or some such thing? Anyway, spongebob has this party and when his guests show up it doesn't take long for him to get locked outside his own house. Anyway, make sure you hide a key under the mat.

Noone ever told me about hell or whatever. I was raised secular.
They did say I had to ask forgiveness for my sins after God did all I asked and I believed He existed, not what sins and noone said anything about a specific sin.
First thing that left was the hate when I got saved.

I don't think it is okay to sin casually, or view sin as something that God tolerates or concedes to because we will continually be forgiven us. Some Christians think it is okay to live like that.
That is a dangerous game to play.
IF that is what your referring to AA.
If not, please disregard, carry on...

That is a pretty good question man....for real. I could say that I need some time to answer it because in reality....I do....lol....but I probably would just conveniently forget about it and it would likely just get buried in the mtn of meta data this place creates...haha. So as I type this I am desperately trying to come up with an answer...whether in agreement with me or you is of no consequence to me..lol.....but what I can honestly say in short, is that the delivery of said law message atonement issue should be carefully and lovingly delivered as possible. I've known people who were patiently waited on for years by a loving brother or sister in Christ and said later that they could have easily have been scared away and they were so grateful for the love they were shown thru all their hardships or trials or whatever.

Well yeah! Thats a given! The truth of the full gospel is LOVE . The delivery is NOT going to be throwing daggers at a person I am having a conversation with and I lead in to the message of the gospel. Oh and btw, Jesus never said (and the apostles didnt do)spread the gospel by developing a friendship . The time of salvation is NOW.

If all I did was preach the gospel people would complain about me to their up the chain people and soon I'd be standing in a bread line. God calls me to be righteous, not stupid. The other times I'm not working I'm either hanging with my son being a dad or I'm working to make up for the time I lost at work being a dad..... so I don't have a lot of extra time for spreading the gospel. I deal in the circle that God gave me. If He expands it, I'll hopefully rise to the challenge.

Your quote doesn't match up with Jesus' words. But thank you for reminding me about Titus 3:9. See ya!
Posting about spreading the gospel is a foolish controversy? OKAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYyy....I can see you dont do well with interpreting scripture .

Its not stupid to leave gospel tracts on the sink in the mens room. Noone has to know who left them. When there is a will there is a way. You can take your son out with you when you go to the store or whatever and tell people about Jesus. Ive heard all the excuses before. You appear to be one of the 95% that take spreading the gospel lightly

My Grandpas brother left tracts everywhere he went for virtually his entire life. He was the sweetest guy. It was hard to fathom that he had the same genes as grandpa...who could be a pretty mean guy. The music store where a good friend has worked for years hands them out. I know what you're saying....I guess it's not my thing...idk. I think you are a brave guy and having the courage to just go up to people and share the gospel is pretty awesome. I'm more of the type who is genuinely interested in peoples personal stories and I tend to go that route.... as well as I don't do the "cold calls" well...lol.

Let's just put a end to this who has a right to judge..all spiritual believers have biblical authority to judge ... now I would bet many on this forum have very little understanding of what it means to be "spiritual"...but the authority is given and.clear...if you believe all the New Testament ..and not just two or three scriptures

I have all the authority I need to judge what God has called me to judge....end of debate

According to you.... Mitspa has spoken.... But I do believe that God has the end of the debate....lol
