The scoffers come after the Tribulation starts and they see that nobody has been raptured. You are making fools out of all Christians with your ridiculous, unbiblical Rapture doctrine. The world will laugh at you and all other Christians who have been spewing forth this utter nonsense these past 180 years.
The Rapture doctrine is the work of Satan. It fits his MO to a Tee. How did Satan deceive Eve? By twisting God's words ever so slightly. Satan tried the same thing with Jesus. Now, for his biggest deception yet, Satan has taken God's Word telling us that we will face tribulation and that Jesus returns after the Tribulation into, "Jesus is coming before the Tribulation to fly us all away." Well, isn't that nice? Problem is, it isn't scriptural.

Read Isaiah 65:12-16. There are too groups of Christians compared and contrasted there. Identify for me the group that is hungry, thirsty, ashamed and crying. Hint: This takes place just before the Millennium.
Then tell me what is means to be spiritually hungry and thirsty.

Pre-Tribbers ask yourself this:
Why does Christ warn His followers emphatically not to go out after the False Christ(s) if He returns first and we won't even be here when the False Christ appears?
If this warning is for new converts who didn't get Raptured why would they be fooled by the False Christ when they recently saw the real Christ? Obviously they had to go read the scriptures to even know the real Christ would come again and that the False Christ would appear first.
If you were Satan, how would you best be able to fool Christians into thinking you were the real Messiah? Would reversing the order of who comes first help?

Paul teaches a falling away. You teach a great revival. Someone must be wrong. What does Paul know? After all he's the one who supposedly introduced the Rapture doctrine.
Babylon = Babel = Confusion. Why is there such confusion over this issue? If the Pre-Trib Rapture is TRUTH, why isn't it clearly taught?? Why can't we find a verse that says something like this:
"Then prior to the Great Tribulation, the Lord will appear in the clouds to catch up His Elect and return them to heaven whereby they are protected from the tribulation to come."
Man, a verse like that would surely have left no doubt. It would have been such a simple thing for God to give us to avoid all this infighting and confusion as Christians. So why don't we have such a verse on such an important topic????
Is God the author of confusion or does that role belong to Satan/Mystery Babylon?
