God determines who a Heretic is.
If that is the case, your question can simply be phrased: "Do those who reject Christ get into Heaven?"

I think even the children would answer "no" to this.

If God determines the definition of 'Heretic' -- No.
If man determines the definition of 'Heretic' -- Sometimes.

Man does not determine the definition of a Heretic, God does.
You misunderstood what he was saying by saying sometimes when man determines who is a heretic he was saying that ppl will falsely accuse one of being a heretic just as they did with Jesus

Protestants and Catholics do not determine the definition of a Heretic, God does.
Can you see how confusing your question can be--when we are not clear on which explicit definition of 'heretic' was used in this instance?

That isn't for us to decide only God knows there hearts and only he knows who they will become later on
