I have heard some very alarming things about the Swine Flue Shot. I don't want to mention some of them just in case they are not true. But I think it is conspirital. I think it is all being designed by the government. I know for myself I would never get the shot. What do you think?

It's pretty hard to comment when you don't give specifics.
Millions in Australia have been vaccinated without any problem to my knowledge.

I got the shot in early november when only high risk people were supposed to be getting it. That morning I asked the Lord if it was his will for me & my boys to receive it we would receive it that day or not at all as family was in intense debate over whether to get it or not. I left it up to God & he blessed it. Right or wrong whats done is done. I got a little sick of the emails from people that said stuff like the same ones who set up 911 created H1n1... a little over the top for me & definitely not the way to get me to not roll up my sleeve. At this point I'm better off not knowing what you know even if its truth cause it will change nothing. God Bless.

listen most conspriacy theorist dont have real evidence or what they belive is evidence isnt for example sorry to bring this up but the people who conspriacy on 9/11 dont know wanything about buildings or bombs and one said he had some dust and examined it and apparently had traces of explosive but he did that 3 years after the incident so that is more or less aload of rubbish these people may be convincing but when u start investigating your self you just relise they are a bunch of attention seekers shows their views and not fact i find these people sick tbh

Fair enough.
Prove it.

I can by the way.

I am still intrigued as to what the conspiracy theory is in regards to this vaccine.

I am forever grateful that I didn't contract Polio.

I'm truly sorry to hear that. Honestly, I am.

Yet, even if the science is proven in regards to that vaccines faults..( which are miniscule if you consider the numbers involved), the fact remains that MMR has saved millions of children from horrific, and highly infectious diseases.

But what has that got to do with the H1N1 vaccine?

It is a totally seperate vaccine.

I'm not getting it, for the pure fact on some of the ingredients that are in it, and the fact that its just a flu, they're making a big deal out of it. It happens every 60 or 70 years. The only people who died from it, were people who had underlying health problems. If you are healthy then you can fight it off, it's just a flu, it will come back eventually, I know people who had it and they survived. Cheers, and God Bless.

When I weighed my decision I read the info & followed the links to the theorist websites. There was nothing well put together & a whole lot of fear mongering in the sites i visited. I spoke to my aunt who failed to vacinnate her daughter for polio in the 50's & she has suffered a lifetime with this disease. You have to weigh the pros & cons when making these decisions for your family. My doctor was getting it, his family were getting it, Our Health nurse who is totally into the natural remedies & using stuff like breast milk for eye infections... well her family was receiving it (this spoke more to me than any of the others) I thought about the fact that ALL of the people I know who are educated in Health were receiving it. I did consider the fact that vacinnations have been linked to autism. again, had to weigh the pros & the cons. It was a difficult decsion that included and all out attack from my brotherinlaw yelling at me saying who do you think you are & what gives you the right to roll up the sleeves of your children and poison them. Yep it was a tough tough tough decision for me. So... I prayed & said Lord if you bless it today (the first week of release) then I know its meant to be. We received it 3 hrs later & were the only family that I know that received it at that time with no underlying health issues... even our health nurse couldnt get it for 3 weeks. So, what does that say? I just took the boys to the regular clinic and it was done. I had many upset friends that we had it and they couldnt for serveral weeks.

I know plenty of people who did receive it with no other health issues whenever it came to PEI, there were 5 hour line ups. But, polio is a disease, H1N1 is an infection. It's just a virus and our bodies are made to fight off virus'. This virus has been around longer than we all have, that is why people who were i think 60+ didn't have to get it, because they were vaccinated when they were children, but it was like H2N2 or something like that. It's just a flu, nothing more, nothing less. The yearly flu, kills like double or TRIPLE the amount of people than H1N1 had killed. And like I said, the only people who died, it was either because they were young and their immune system wasn't strong enough to fight it off, or, they had other health problems, so their immune system wasn't strong enough to fight it off.

I know some people who did A LOT of research into it, and came to the conclusion, to not get it, and these people are mere genius' (literally). People placed phone calls to the company, so they could get information on what ingredients were in it, they couldn't even tell them all the ingredients that were in it or, what the ingredients that were in it, in fact were or what they did. But to each's own.

With all that said, my little sister was made to be vaccinated or she couldn't go attend school. But her immune system isn't strong enough to get the shot, so yes, I would say to get it. But for you and me, our immune system's have built over the years, and if we are healthy then we should be able to fight it off, its just going to make us feel terrible for about a week.

Polio and H1N1 are viruses.
You don't get vaccinated for "diseases"
But thanks anyway for the lecture, Doctor.

I was using the terminology she posted above. No need to be sarcastic/rude.

Maybe I should have added a smiley face.
I just found it cute to be lectured on virology from an 18 year old.

May I respectfully suggest that you research the Spanish Influeza epidemic from 1917, where a seemingly innocuous Flu virus mutated and on its SECOND wave killed millions of people globally.
That is the problem with H1N1. It displays all the same charcteristics as the Spanish Flu, as in it seems to be more lethal to pregnant women and very young children with no previous health problems.
Remember, this is still the first wave of the pandemic and if this virus mutates in a similar fashion to the Spanish Flu then Governments globally would look extremely foolish and culpable if they did not act and millions died.

This vaccine is not mandatory so I struggle to comprehend why people are up in arms about when they have the simple option of not receiving it and walking away. The propensity for some to see evil, or conspiracy, in nearly everything leaves me stunned.

As to your comment about "ingredients".

An immunisation vaccine is not some complex recipe. The virus is mutated somewhat and injected into a chickens egg to "grow" if you like.
And do you honestly think that Serum companies are going to freely give away copyrighted material to some Joe who rings them on the phone?

Relax, enjoy life, do not have the shot and consider the possibility of peoples ability to make up their own mind.

It may not be manditory yet, but I heard of some people getting fired from jobs because they refused to take it. I never get flue shots or any of that garbage and I'm healthy as a horse( I guess I am anyway) I'm not even on health insurance. I got soul insurance and that is all I need.

If you request to know what is in it, then they have to tell you. But it contains mercury and other harmful things to us. I got some of my information about previous virus' from nurses and doctors. I don't think it was the spanish flu. This virus is hundreds of years old, as far as I have learned.

Now your comment about children and pregnant women with no health issues. Their immune system is weak! therefore they can not readily fight off the virus.

And so what if I am 18? That's a problem with society today, just because I'm 18 people think us teenagers know nothing. I am very mature for my age, and have more wisdom and common sense, and knowledge then some 30+ year old's that I know. I'm very smart, praise God. He has given me knowledge so I can understand his word, and so I can spread it. But that's a whole other topic.

I feel that, you think just because, I'm 18, that you automatically throw out my points, which are good points, out the window. Stereotyping if you will.

Now with that said, I don't want to cause a disturbance in here on these forums. God Bless.
