Anyone else noticed how the ESPN announcers are rooting against the SEC? They are so desperate to see the SEC dethroned ...its sad

Oh my goodness .. Everyone knows the SEC is by far the best conference ... I mean Vandy could beat about all the teams in the PAC-12
Now you're just trolling.. Gator fan here. But the East division in the SEC was garbage. Florida was not as good as their record showed, and the loss to Bama in the title game proved it. Spurrior realized his team sucked and it was convenient to retire midseason. Tennessee and Georgia and Missouri couldn't live up to expectations. Kentucky and Vandy remained Kentucky and Vandy. In the West, Auburn lossed to a D2 team. Only reason they got a bowl is because there's 5,000 of them. Teams with losing records got in. Even you can admit that's ridiculous. The Big10 has been the better conference overall this year.

Gb9 like I mentioned the East was garbage. Florida's three biggest games arguably- LSU, FSU and Bama in the title game- didn't end too well. Yeah they beat Ole Miss, and Ole Miss would have been in the title game had 4th and 29 Not happened against Arkansas. But overall I just think the conference as a whole was average. Whereas Big10 you had Ohio State, Michigan, Michigan State, and Iowa all capable playoff teams. We majority of the top heavy in the SEC just tumble down the way.

"Trolling"..?? its called talking football smack ... and the SEC East was down again this year...that just makes them normal and equal with all the other conferences..... The Big 10? No way... I think even the ACC is better.... But again by far the SEC as a whole is the best conference.

SEC stands for So Easy Conference.
Is this now the cop-out being used since Missouri has come into the conference and been successful ???

Just asking because 95% of football fans that are not Missouri fans were going around saying that Missouri would no longer be successful since they left the BIG 12 to join the SEC because of how much better of a conference it is.

Now that Missouri has 3 out of last 5 years been the champs in their half of the SEC, and been in the SEC championship games those 3 years. SEC is now being claimed to be soft or easy ???

I guess that is why SEC teams have a better record against BIG 12 teams in bowl games of the past to now............

I even love how Missouri got picked over Kansas to join the SEC and the reasoning why, as they said they wanted the school with the better educational programs.

Im Glad Mizoo is in the SEC now...at first I wasn't sure? But that nonsense with the players this year was sad and I think is why the coach really stepped down.

i work at & am in a graduate program there - we're all proud of our team here -- and did you happen to catch what coach said when they interviewed him after the game? "God is good - to God be all the glory . . . all glory to God" :)
that gives us a lot of joy too!!

Top heavy? Yeah. As we're seeing right now, Bama is far above better. But that's just one team. One team doesn't make a conference. As far as the ACC, I've been for Clemson all season. It's not a surprise to me they're in the title game, or undefeated. The two best teams will be playing for the title, and I'm hoping it's an exciting one.

yes, this is how it should be. bama destroys pro-style offenses. Clemson will give them many more problems. ( hopefully not more than our ( uga ) new coach can handle. ( Kirby smart bama's d.c.)

Yea ..we will see if the Bama defense can match the speed of clemsons offense? I think they can but it could go either way....looking forward to the game :)

I would remind you that Tennessee had a lead over Bama with 3 mins to go...the worst SEC teams played Bama better than the Big Ten Champ.
