Fate Vs God
- by Lowanla (me) (hehe I refer to myself in the third person Xd)​

God Laughs at our sense of control​

for he knows it is an illusion
he laughs at the face of fate
for it is only dark delusion​

Now aren't you glad to know
that God is never early and never late​

See that this is not a joke
for you God will prove he is not a fake​

For after all you didn't believe at first you only
believed in fate​

God wanted to show you he is faithful
that he is never early and never late​

God works like a surgeon carefully in our lives
he works perfectly for he has a plan
and he alone has the power to save
Yes he is always on time​

He answers in his own way so there is no need to rush
he only asks for us follow to walk on the water and to trust​

so that you will truly know that Jesus really does save
and that he alone is forever worthy
to be praised​

These are just praises from my heart and a testimony of what My God has done for me, because I choose to put my trust in him and to follow him.

Well you should be you have some skill there :D I mean I was uplifted reading it!

No problem ^^, I remember singing that song in when I was in a Choir, I remember hearing our music instructor tell us that a woman got healed when they were singing this song.

that was an awesome testimony, I love songs like that. ^^

On Being Refined - by Lowanla (me)​

A broken pottery set upon the table
it was hardened by times crude decay
on its belly was a faded label
Over used it was to be thrown away​

All I need is a second chance
Just one while I am here on Earth
O creator look upon me just a glance
I wanna live I hunger and I thirst​

The creator walks into the room
he is like a lamp shining outward
He is of great mercy and or great doom
he changes the world even with just a word​

So with great faith the pottery glistened
Maybe the creator would have mercy
the pottery cracked hoping he would listen
the creator looked upon it carefully​

He picked it up very gently in his arms
with peace that passes all understanding
he spoke in kindness and in love
like a father voice soothing a broken heart​

"I need not an old vessel, hardened
against me, but I do need a willing vessel
someone that will be for me.​

To let me break them, to let me take them
to let me crush them and mix them with the
Holy Spirits water, to mold them to shape
them. To be what I recreate them to be.
Tell me dear vessel are you willing?"​

"I am willing" said the vessel the broken
pottery.​

In sorrow the pottery said
"I am willing but I am weak how therefore
am I going to be what you want me to be?"​

"Do not worry said the creator
for I have a plan, I hold the future
all I need is your willingness to trust me."​

The process began, the pottery was crushed
into bits and pieces mostly dust
The creator kept his word mixed it with water
its heart began to soften toward the creator​

Now it was clay easily molded with childlike faith
it did not look the same the old could not be retraced
being made into something it was meant to be​

(and the story continues onward toward being
made new by the word of God toward achieving Gods
plan for our lives...)​

*Note: this is a bit Metaphorical on how God deals with each and everyone of us personally, if well are willing to give him what we have now and trust him with it, no matter what it looks like God will turn it into something great. Because he is God and nothing is impossible for him, because he has set a good plan before us. Because he has plans for good and not for evil. He thinks only good of us and not of evil, because he has great love for us.​
