I have figured just recently that I could whip cream in a blender and that I dont have to use a mixer for it (yes, a simplest blender works!). Glad that I didnt find that out before because of the calories though... I firmly decided to just prepare it occassionally. My best friend was over today and I thawed some wild blackberries... blended some with the whipped cream... Oh man... we just couldnt stop...

you must stop.
i don't mean eating berries and cream, i mean the actual mixing.

i threw heavy cream in the stand mixer two Christmases ago, and let it go too long.

it was pretty good butter, though. :)

Care package mailed today.....used no crayons there may be blank paper in there though in the form of paper towels....aka Blond packing material no chads included human or otherwise hanging dots......didn't want to leave you hanging as to when care package was mailed....mail man said should arrive Wednesday or Thursday.... Keep your trunk to the air to sniff it out should it arrive one of those days.........oh and Never Mind.....I don't...... Never mine either.....no gold in Alabama.....

Krang is a ginormous brain on the right in the picture... He actually has no body, but Shredder (the dude on the left) built a robotic one for him... And Shredder is evil and wants to destroy the ninja turtles and rule the world but the ninja turtles and their teacher Hamatoyoshi and news reporter April O'Neil stop him every time... my favorite ninja turtle is Donatello, the purple one that makes machines...lol :)
