Hey, much of the country is slowly sliding that way. It's just a matter of time till there won't be much distinction between male and female.

And tattoo eyeliner too.

Again, all I can picture is where will that eyeliner be when they're 90?

Eyeliner is something I never got the hang of, I usually end up poking
myself in the eye ball.

I used to wear eye black for football. Does that count? As for her, I like it; I like that she puts that time into her appearance and makes the effort. As long as it isn't to the extent that she looks like a different person and I have to ask who she is. lol :p

Do eye lids sag that far as well! :p
Many folks get nip and tucks around their eyes when they hit 50-70. I'm thinking after 70, they stop worrying about it, because the problem is the eyelid really can cover the eye eventually, but if you made it to your 70s, "eventually" because less relevant.

I have a theory why men don't wear makeup. The same reason they don't wear bras and high heels. They're smart enough to accept who they are, and not so foolish as to put up with the uncomfortable. (I was lousy with eye makeup, because I like rubbing my eyes. Imagine a guy with eye makeup at quitting time. lol)

I might be wrong though, because they do wear ties, and, if they're lawyers or judges in England, some of the most hideous wigs around.

In Victorian times, young boys (toddlers?) wore dresses , so, I'd say it's easier to tell the difference now :p

Does a moustache count for anything?

I find the crayon or pencil eyeliners much more easier to apply than liquid eyeliners. Liquid is nearly impossible to apply. You might try a pencil eyeliner and see if you have any more success with it.

I am studying business at college at the minute and doing one unit that we have to do (fashion retailing) that's something that the teacher told us during the presentation, that today and with how trends are going, it's becoming harder and harder to distinguish between what's male and what's female.

It's sad, that the world's becoming this way.

There is an interesting thread in the women's forum about make up at the
moment and I just wondered, why don't men wear make up. :)

Or do you?

Under what circumstances might you wear it.

Would you expect your wife/gilrfriend to wear make up and why, what circumstances.

Would it bother you if she didn't wear make up?
Because woman do not place a mans beauty as a high factor in their considerations when it comes to their selection of a man..

Oh and PS::
Or do you?
No i don't

Under what circumstances might you wear it.
If i was shot in the face by a shot gun and had the face of a monster and i was traumatizing little kids who saw my face.. Then i would be using make up to help me look normal...

Would you expect your wife/girlfriend to wear make up and why, what circumstances.
The more stuff a woman puts on herself like Make up.. Bling.. piercings.. Tattoos.. The more i get the impression that the woman has a very low opinion of her natural self.. The more stuff she puts on the more she is hiding herself and trying to distract other people attention from herself to all the stuff she has on.. If i see a woman walking down the street with no makeup, No bling, No piercings and no Tattoos.. I immediately think.. There walks a confident woman at peace in her own skin.. She would stand out from the crowd...

Profound.....

Yet in the animal kingdom its mostly the males with the ellaborate visual displays
desperately trying to attract the females.

Maybe we should just leave you all to fight for us. :p

Actors and presenters wear makeup so did some rock bands in the seventies and eighties. In the eighteenth Century men wore it with wigs. I think today in most societies it is not considered Masculine to do so although male body sprays seem acceptable now. What appears to be normal in one era becomes unacceptable in another. In ancient societies it was normal for both Men and Women. Egypt is a good example.
