So,

This is what we call or think of as "onesies" in the US:

and typically what we see that have feet are pajamas. Hence the name "footed pajamas"

(hey, my kiddos lived in these when they were itty bits, it really did help alleviate the pulling off their socks at random times, and losing them problem ;) )
Ummm...yeah....

Pretty sure I don't want to wear a onsie.

And I'm absolutely positively sure you don't want to see me in one!!😬🤣

I looked it up and those US style onesies are just called 'bodysuits' outside the US.
In NZ they would be called 'rompers'.

Re: lost sock(s)...If you lose a sock in the dryer...

it comes back as a Tupperware lid that doesn't fit any container!

Right? 😆

Wearing 2 different socks (at any one time) is the sign of a genius, I wouldn't discourage it, nor encourage it, just "press on regardless." :p
Thank you, my 4 daughters grew up doing this and I didn't care as long as they were clean and without holes.

As a parent to 5 children, there is a lot of laundry to do. Fortunately, my oldest does her own laundry now.

But, for the other 4...SOCKS!!

There are so many socks without partners anymore. I can buy a pack of socks for one of them and within 2 weeks there are missing ones.

So, I have started to pair socks together that originally didn't go together.
There might be a short white one that will get paired with a long white one or vice versa.

I will pair a black one with yellow stripes with a black one with some other color stripes.

I don't consider myself OCD, but for someone that is, I bet this could be highly annoying.

I get annoyed that they disappear and the kids can't get them where they belong.

Have a good day!:)
I wash my socks in a delicates bag. They can't escape then. I also found a sock hiding under the washing machine. I dropped one and it took the opportunity to escape. Of course, I found it after I threw away the other sock. Socks are alive, I'm sure.

My daughter often wears odd socks still. She's in her 30's now. No doubt her 4 kids will follow suit. If worn out clothes can be fashionable (what an insult to genuinely poor people) why not odd socks?
