This isn't shooting sports related- it is three cases where servicemen "rode down" the tail section of the bomber they were in. Thought you might find it interesting.
"...Or even perhaps the hand of God."

It was no doubt the hand of God.
Wow!

This is about an hour long documentary that is worth every Christian's time. It reveals how the Devil works among nations. The history covers just snapshots of the past hundred years. The following is not a division of time or of methods. It is an ongoing trend that has and will continue until our Lord's return. Only He can put a stop to it. Believers need to repent ( change their minds) about the teams R vs D mentality. Remember that Mr T. set a pressident that Schumer & pelosy smiled and clapped their demonic hands in glee about. There has never been such an outraged dictate made and team R hardly raised an eyebrow. Some of us are pacifists when it comes to these subjects, while others take another view. Regardless, this video is of utmost importance and should be watched by all of us. II Corinthians 2

"Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices."

EVERY Christian Should Watch This

Thank you very much H and H! From the beginning it has been the devils plan to steal, kill and destroy, and this is the man method the sick, twisted, devil uses.

David Hog is in the news again

There was even a song about him. Lol!

I'm no fan of Hog for many reasons.
Just one is that he took advantage of the lives of those in his old highschool to profit by lies. He was/ is a willing participant in using the tragic mass murder to further the communist agenda.

In spite of the hogs of this world, it's been a very good day. My bills are paid and
I just put a big pork loin vacuum sealed in the deep freeze.

a very simple, improvised self defense tool-
A good tactical pen with a flat top makes a good multipurpose tool.
There's a better way to hold the cord nut than most would think about. Take the cord and put your hand through it so it's draped over the wrist. Then grab it with the fingers. If your fingers are injured when you strike the opponent, it is less likely to be dropped. It will also be more secure when the mugger/ attacker tries to take it from you as he grabs your striking hand in defense. It is not idiot proof, but it can be used effectively. A common problem with flailing weapons like that is that they come back to hit the user .
Every weapon without exception requires instructions and proper practice. A black belt is not required, but an experienced teacher and practice can mean the difference between life and death.

Another similar improvised weapon is the belt. It's just an article of clothing. A heavy rope with a knotted end works well too. A cable is very painful and I never recommend that because these are not idiot proof. The over swing can easily cause the user to strike himself and end the fight all by himself.
However, keep the improvised weapons coming. That was a good video. Perhaps they could have their own thread.[/QUOTE]

(Corrections and edits to my last post.
I ran out of time.)

A common problem with flailing weapons like that is that they come back to hit the user . Increasing Length requires ever increasing caution. I would not use a string because they are too thin and weak. Most will easily break or uncomfortably constrict into the wrist and fingers until they break. I think the word he was looking for was cord. His Paracord was a good choice. It's made of multiple strings with a sheath and easy to hold onto.
Every weapon without exception requires instructions and proper practice. A black belt is not required, but an experienced teacher and practice can mean the difference between life and death.

Another similar improvised weapon is the leather belt. It can be used in a non lethal manner as a deterrent whip, or wrapped and the buckle becomes the impact point. It's just an article of clothing, so can be used anywhere as long as you don't drop your pants. 😄
A heavy rope with a knotted end works well too. A cable is very painful, but I never recommend that because these are not idiot proof. The over swing can easily cause the user to strike himself and end the fight all by himself. A skilled martial artist who trains with improvised weapons will mess up and in the dynamics of fighting can certainly have a cable come back and bite him.

Keep the improvised weapons coming. That was a good video. Perhaps they could have their own thread.

You realize the LGBTQRZX people will be coming for you now, don't you?:ROFL:
😄
There was a whole gaggle of them at a so called conservative Republican site I left.
They showed tolerance and love though.....with their death threats, trolling, name calling, blasphemy, hatred for God's Word and for me, pretending to "dox" me to scare off the Christians that were willing to stay on there.

That kind of steal all of the weapons first mentality and we'll talk about due process later when we get around to it kind of talk should be a very queer law in American jurisprudence. Even his son was against that and his VP tried to talk him off that nonsense.

on a more "gunny" note, I've been getting back into bullet casting and powder coating... it's getting better. The advantages for powder coating over traditional lube/sizing outweighs any perceived "extra" work involved.
These are some 255gr bullets I cast for my .45 Colt Blackhawk and Rossi lever gun.... I think they are going to work nicely. I plan to load some up and try them, hopefully this weekend....

Oh, really? Perhaps you should read the news more often... your liberal bias is showing pretty clearly....

Democrats cheer credit card companies agreeing to track gun sales
By Angi Gonzalez and Eden Harris Washington, D.C.

Three credit card companies announced in September they will voluntarily comply with a request from Democrats to create a system to identify gun and ammunition sales.
In letters to the CEOs of Visa, Mastercard and American Express, Democratic lawmakers, including Massachusetts Sens. Elizabeth Warren and Ed Markey, joined in urging credit card companies to create a new merchant code to differentiate gun and ammunition sales from other purchases.

I know you can't accept this but there is nothing wrong with voluntary compliance. Law-abiding, decent citizens and corporations do that every single day.

In June, the Biden administration celebrated signing the most significant piece of gun reform legislation in over 30 years, a bipartisan gun safety measure known as the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act ! FANTASTIC!!!

Are you in favor of the gun-related violence that occurs so frequently in the US?

Your reactionary bias is showing!
