Meat loaf does not seem to be popular in the forums. My wife makes a real good meat loaf and that is one leftover that I don't mind eating as I make meatloaf sandwiches with mayo. Very good.

I've had meat loaf in the past, with vegetables (and potatoes) or salad, but never as a sandwich, so that's a new one to me!

Make sure that you add slice tomato and thinly sliced cucumber.
