I have a sick fascination with what people are eating.

I'm having cheddar, crackers, red grapes, and almonds

I just finished up a plate of scrambled eggs and toast. I sautéed up some thinly sliced turkey and green onions before adding my eggs to the pan. I made my toast out of a couple of slices of a loaf of French Bread I've got going.

Had almost the same thing on sandwich for breakfast (no green onions, used leeks, sliced Turkey, and added a slice of American)

No groceries means oatmeal...and I hate oatmeal.
So healthy, shineyourlight!
Not a big oatmeal fan either, but I've seen some baked oatmeal recipes that look decent, just haven't tried yet.

I haven't ate it yet, but I'm getting ready to have covered and smothered chimichangas tonight. Hoo buddy!

Chicken, rice, and cheese buritto, deep fried to make it a Chimichanga. Smothered in green chile sauce with pork. Topped with grated sharp cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, scallions, sour cream, S&P and a salsa verde.

It was amazing. I am quite full.

No hate from me. I try to eat well rounded meals as often as I can, but I am totally jonesing for a Filet-O-Fish sammich from MCDonalds. Ooh...and some fries too. Maybe a McChicken too. Or a McDouble with the Filet-O-Fish. I can't decide.

My grimacing stove indicates that I recently fried up some chicken gizzards for the hubby. I personally can't stand them, but I make them for him once in a while...

Fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, baked beans.

Doesn't anybody else on these boards eat? Don't tell me everyone is fasting for Lent, because that dog won't hunt.

For supper tonight we had a pretty good beef stew that I slow cooked all last night. Also had some homemade guacamole, and snacked on freshly shelled pecans... Mr. Eclectic...
