I totally caved and had a bean burrito....(don't tell my boyfriend....he's also into fitness like me :p)

I had to take my Dad to a Dr. appointment this morning, and he wanted McDonalds for breakfast afterwards, so I ate a breakfast burrito, and I wish I hadn't. I'm hoping my healthy supper will at least balance out eating that nasty little tube of empty calories and fake cheese this morning.

Chicken Rogan Josh, Basmati rice, plain naan bread, then strawberry yoghurt on top of bananna for desert and an Americano coffee afterwards...this was my evening meal...:cool:

A photo of the above at this time will resemble nothing that it looked like earlier! :p

Frozen pecan pie ♥ I like the firmness when it's frozen because it never actually solidifies, it just turns like more of a chewy caramel consistency

Had breakfast for supper tonight. Browned up some link sausage, fried up some hash-brown potatoes, and cooked up some eggs. Ate it with Pace picante salsa and it was mmmmm good.

A frozen chicken sandwich. I wrapped it in a paper towel before microwaving to keep it from drying out. It was not exceptional.
