I would like to hear why YOU think our forefathers wrote the 2nd amendment.
Because "every 20 years we need a new revolution." (Paraphrasing T. Jefferson.) And we're way overdue.

I would like to hear why YOU think our forefathers wrote the 2nd amendment.
So that we are able to legally possess the means to protect ourselves and
our families from when we are threatened by invaders, foreign or domestic.

It may well be doubted, whether a militia thus circumstanced could ever be conquered by such a proportion of regular troops. Those who are best acquainted with the last successful resistance of this country against the British arms, will be most inclined to deny the possibility of it. Besides the advantage of being armed, which the Americans possess over the people of almost every other nation, the existence of subordinate governments, to which the people are attached, and by which the militia officers are appointed, forms a barrier against the enterprises of ambition, more insurmountable than any which a simple government of any form can admit of. [Federalist 46]
James Madison wrote that. I think it pretty clearly states the primary reason for the militia mentioned in the 2nd amendment to the Constitution.

His conclusions are what come from being un-churched, against church, and being pro YouTube.

This is just sad...and pathetic.

Even if you feel this way about NoName what's the point of saying it on the forums? Does it make you feel better?
You probably think that you're doing God some great service by calling out everyone you deem a heretic or disagree with. Lol.

You push truth and God, (God is love)...yet everytime you go at someone its filled with hate and anger.
Your approach to Christianity, (I'm guessing it's a 'tough love' style), is neither tough, lol, nor is it somewhat love.
More like unoriginal and just flat out mean.

Please, preacher...point out the verses that state that we need your approval in order to be considered saved.
We'll wait...until then...do us all a favor and back off a bit.

Absolutely supportive of the 2nd amendment...and those that don't support it are going to wish they supported it and owned a firearm one day...just wait n' see...
I believe wholly in laying my life down for my friend...but not for some stranger out to hurt my family or Government control.
