lol @ "spiritual incest..."

And I can't figure out if "tough and rouged" is a freudian slip or a typo. But just in case, I'm going to apply a little rouge to the cheeks of every woman I meet from here on out.
My bad lynx, I can't spell rugged... haha

But I do enjoy when you pinpoint the little things in my messages, it fulfills that empty feeling in my heart... ;)

I might be a though thing but I have heard that some ladies giving milk their childs with her nurturing breast have felt (what I cannot mention here) and these ladies felt shame for getting excited...

So "spiritual incest" is not quite wrong for that figure I cannot mention here.

Not a bad post Moose. If you do happen to find such a woman that you have described you may want to grab her fast before someone else catches up to her.
I did, we enjoyed the little things but unfortunately we had to go our separate ways... Where we are on the totem poll within our career field wouldn't allow for an open relationship.

Since you mentioned FB and "social" sites:

"Personality is #1 to me:
I'm big on a woman's personality, it's unfortunate that i'm 24 and the personality of a woman I admire is usually within the age range of 35+. Since 2013 I've been dating woman who in their mid 30's to mid 50's and its a different kind of bonding that is closer to my heart that I embrace rather than dating someone my age who is just starting to open the doors to life. My biggest turn off to woman my age is that they care way too much about their phones and what to post on Facebook or Instagram rather than looking around at what they have and enjoying life itself."

A month ago I registered in POF to look things around (I don´t use FB neuther the others) because I wanted to see anything new or changed. While surfing that site (not Christian-minded, by the way) I learned a couple ofthings I kept and met someone I knew just by pictures (and personal references of someone who was my GF). When I reached her out (just online) I confirmed she was the person I thought when I saw those pics but, at her age (52) she still seeks for romance and a couple of things I pointed out (like wine and candles on) I do not like to say in my profile (cliché ones easy to be faked). The lesson I re-learned before deleting that account was, as soon some ladies get bored of the things they liked, they would re-start the same loop to keep their life gong on and, since some men are not so naive at my age, the tend to pick young men to try why they like.

There's one thing I learned from dating websites, some men and woman are looking for love, but most men and woman are looking for a self esteem booster. I don't have to explain the love part but with the self esteem booster, these men and woman get that warm feeling in their hearts when a thousand guys or gal's message them at once, even if it's for bad intentions. It makes those men and woman feel loved, but it's a shame because I personally think that no one needs dating sites to find love... It's a nice tool and it can be fun but it can also be very stressful... I say it's better just get out in the world and continue to do what you love to do. Eventually you'll run in someone that shares the same interest and you'll hit it off as friends and progress from there.

Absolutely! That´s the best word I have heard in use. I dared to bold, changing the size.

Hmmm! (post 41)

I remember someone said "no rules" but, he said it so well that these can be picked up to make a draft on personal rules.

Haha yes! You see, I was one of those guys on OkCupid or some other site looking for love. But, it's a no win situation with those websites so I just stopped... For me, it's simply easier to meet a woman in person whether it's at a bar, at church, adventure outing, major event, volunteering, or even at work, haha.

This can be a bias statement but whether you're a man or a woman, I feel the secret to winning anyone's heart is that you have to have total confidence and be yourself. If a man or a woman doesn't like what you have to offer then you should not sweat it, there's 7 billion people on Earth and a few up in the ISS, you're bound to find someone... Whatever trial and error, continue to do the things you love to do without any hindrance from the outside world/opinion and smile each and every morning when you wake up for you don't know what surprises that God may bring you that day. ;)

Depends on where you go Lynx...

I'm a musician and gig around a lot so I see a lot of lovely young ladies enjoying themselves with their friends. You don't have to drink to have a good time you know... ;)

If I may make a suggestion, get a group of your friends and go out for an evening of Karaoke! Whatever constrictive feeling is bothering you inside will help break the ice when you get up on stage and start doing your thing... Heck, you can even sing your favorite Christian songs, the song list's aren't usually limited to secular songs. haha

When you're comfortable go around the establishment and mingle, meet some new people, they're not as bad as you may think... LOL! But keep your judgement of others to yourself, you'll be fine Lynx! :)

He! He! Well, I´m not being asked but, at any age or stage, those social sites serve people to know people more, even to the point we could be lying ourselves.

I never paid for being registered on them. I learnt a lot, if i could say (I learned more about me surfing there. Things I never knew, by the way). So I won´t discourage any to explore himself or herself those sites, except when using it to lie, to cheat on, to scam, to hurt people.

I´ve seen online sites served me for healing. I have met a bunch of ladies there (and afterwards personally, lively, person to person) and, after I divorced, interacting with people online boosted me to know things I never had to deal personally with my folks but again, as you said, that type of boosting you clearly mentioned is worthnothing to be avoided and, profilactically, I´d better meetig a person at distance, than telling them what I see, because -as Jesus said- "From the abundance of the mouth THE HEART SPEAKS"

Life is too short to waste our time on those who seek boot-lickers.

"Bad?" How so? You're a child of the one true king, you're held to a higher standard when making first impressions.

Draft rules for an engagement, Tour? :p

"...there's 7 billion people on Earth and a few up in the ISS, you're bound to find someone..."

A tool bar, perhaps, will help people to explore his/her border lines and their social limits but, at the end of the days, he/she surfed the www to know how the robes are abroad: I compared my country and have found out "the sky is the limit" (well, sometimes!)
