I'm sure we'd all enjoy seeing some evidence for elves and fairies.

Hey, who doesn't like elves and fairies?

------------
I saw some fairies on the streets of downtown LA once during my travels, didn't run across any elves. On a more positive note I do enjoy Keebler cookies though. I believe that company employs elves, or maybe they're illegal aliens.

Maybe they come through a worm hole or a rip in the space-time continuum whatever that is. I believe that this was covered in a Star Trek episode. Perhaps they come the Twilight Zone or the Outer limits. I really don't know and like yourself, ascertaining their existence is not high on my list of priorities as far a spiritual aspect of my life is concerned. I'm not sure that I really care either.
Not impossible....Portals are all over the planet. Both to gate to other places on Earth and also to other planets...Also there are time portals. There are even stories out there of our government gating soldiers to other planets. Soooo.... The difference between us then is ..... I do care.. Peoples eternity depends on knowing.

Elves never get treated right in those cookie factories.

I don't think there's enough of them to unionize.

Cryin shame it is.

Actually, where a person spends their eternity is predicated upon whether or not they contritely confess their sins to God that Jesus died on the cross for as their penalty, and repentance occurs as a result of inviting the Holy Spirit to live in their hearts to guide them on their spiritual journey. People's eternal destination depends on whether or not they are born again.

I made my point concerning this above.....I strongly believe aliens ARE demons. In disguise. I believe that this is a major part of the coming great deception which WILL claim many Christians. But that's only my belief.

Perhaps the company is in a 'right to work state'. Maybe someone will start a boycott of Keebler cookies as a result of these posts. Oh well, I prefer Nabisco.

It's all good. Maybe aliens are demons or maybe they are not. As I have said, I wish you well on your book project.

The bible says 'In the multitude of counsel there is safety. So because of the multitude of reports, there must be truth to it.
Proverbs 11:14 does not mean 'thousands of screaming Elvis fans can't be wrong'

What does the church you have been a member of for 30 years say about UFO's and aliens? I don't see anything in scripture that says that there are not other beings on other planets. If fact, it does seem plausible that alien beings do exist on some other world, or perhaps many such worlds. For a alien spaceship classified as a UFO it would have to have the means to travel many times faster than the speed of light as the nearest star system is 4 million light years away. Unless this can be accomplished there will never be a visit to another habitable planet.
Incorrect. To be classified as a UFO an object simply needs to be flying and unidentified. Technically "UFO" does not indicate alien, merely unexplained. And because it can't be identified does not make it alien by default.

Its important to me because....yes. I am writing a book. LOL As for myself, I believe in the existence of UFOs and aliens, though I strongly believe aliens ARE demons. In disguise. I believe that this is a major part of the coming great deception which WILL claim many Christians. But that's only my belief.

missing socks, there's your evidence.

i have it on good authority that they are stolen by laundry gnomes ((called '
elves' or 'pixies' in certain cultures)) for use as sleeping bags. this is why usually only one is missing - what gnome needs two sleeping bags? - and the prevalence of left-socks being disappeared correlates with the general characteristic of gnomes that they usually prefer to sleep on their left side.

The bible says 'In the multitude of counsel there is safety. So because of the multitude of reports, there must be truth to it.

Pro 24:6 For by wise counsel thou shalt make thy war: and in multitude of counsellors there is safety.

1. The first half of the verse shows the context is "wise counsel", or "wise guidance."
2. And the word "counsellor" itself shows we are, by definition, talking about someone qualified to give counsel.

This verse means we should seek guidance from wise people,
not that sheer multitude makes a group of people credible.

Once again Posthuman has shown us that using real science can answer a lot of our questions.

I don't think anyone can argue with these kinds of facts.

Ok I have not been in a church for almost thirty years. I'm wondering now....What do Christian churches teach about UFOs and Aliens? Or do they? I'm not asking to see an argument or any kind of dispute I'm just looking for an answer.
The Christian Church teaches that "Aliens' are Demons, they don't originate from other planets. They are fallen Angels.
UFO's are secret man made experimental flying craft, they certainly don't come from outer space.
We know for sure there is no life on any other planet in the universe, the Bible's teaching is plain on that.

So then the churches teach nothing about it even though the subject is a rising star throughout the world. I wonder why?
Christians can only assume -- based upon Scripture -- that aliens are in fact evil angels. We are not told in the Bible that any other worlds are inhabited and that there are strange creatures residing there. Therefore, at best, it would be a reasonable assumption that evil angels are involved with UFOs.

For Christians, the more important things are the propagation of the Gospel, and the worship of God and Christ. Not to mention their own growth as Christians. So there will be little or no discussion about this particular issue.

On the other hand, the Bible has much to say about Satan and his evil angels, as well as Michael and his holy angels. Christians must be aware that there is a spiritual battle going on daily, in their lives as well as in the heavens.

I haven't seen anyone post this idea yet, unless I missed it...

I believe in a pretrib rapture of the Christian church (I know not everyone does...). When millions of people suddenly vanish from the earth, satan will need a viable plan to "explain" it, to cover up what really happened. As the OP noted, "the subject is a rising star throughout the world." More people are getting used to the idea that aliens just might exist. If the devil can convince enough people that aliens are real, when the rapture happens, he'll start spreading a story that aliens came and took all the "bad" people away.... and people just might buy it.

Not saying I'm right, but it seems plausible... The devil will have to come up with -something- to cover up the rapture.

OK So the answers match my research into the question.....The Christian churches don't preach on the subject...and where they do, they're wrong...Where are they wrong? Fallen angels are not demons, they are fallen angels. Demons are the offspring of fallen angels. Thank you people.

The Christian Church teaches that "Aliens' are Demons, they don't originate from other planets.
you've heard people preach this, from behind pulpits?
i've seen people say it in conspiracy forums, and i know of some artists who express the idea; i've known about this interpretation for at least 15 years & expect it probably dates back to the 1950's, but that's not the same as "
the Church teaches this"

can you point me to someone on sermonaudio for example, or a church's website that has sermons available to stream/download? do you know of any published theologians who teach this?
