Good morning!!
I understand. I have really crazy sleep patterns too, but for me I've found that it's easier to just follow my body's leading and do what it needs-- otherwise I might not be able to sleep at all which is sometimes the case.
LOL @ your appraisal of coffee! LOLOL I like it, but sweet. If I had to drink it black I would give it up. Yuck. LOL and yeah, true about actual coffee bars. They do tend to be (ridiculously) expensive.. and trendy. On the rare occasion I have gone out to one as a social thing (ladies from church or something), but typically once I've tried something "out", if I really like it I will go home and figure out how to make it for myself and then save most of the expense.
Dollar theaters were cool. For all of the movie talk I've done recently, I'm not really a go out to the theater person--- not often, nor even regularly, anyway. I wouldn't go at all probably except that it's a big deal to my son to go (just one of the things he likes to do) so when he's home from college it's one of the special things that we do once in awhile. (I'd definitely rather go to the movies and eat popcorn in a recliner vs having to play video games to be able to dabble and show interest in his interests and world.
Black Ops and stuff like that is just NOT me!! lol ... now... Super Mario Brothers, on the other hand....... LOL Actually, when they were younger I would get them the old arcade game collections to play on whatever game system they had at the time.. then I would play Galaga and Pong and stuff like that with them. I was a beast at Galaga (ha!).. and Frogger.. LOL. Ahhh.. the good old days! hahahaha
And I definitely know that random jump!! I even do that when I'm asleep in bed sometimes-- not just dozing in odd places. I'll be dreaming and think that I'm falling or something and will jump or jerk-- often waking myself up.
I haven't been to church in a long time either. A conglomerate of reasons mostly stemming from health issues but to be honest I'm really tired and don't feel like trying to explain. Maybe in another conversation. Nothing against the church or going to church. It's just been complicated. Hoping to get started back soon though. The church that I go to was in a very old building that was not handicap accessible, at all. Since I stopped going and was vocal about reasons why they ended up doing a building project to update and make everything accessible. It was a good thing, and about time that they did it because even though I am not old but couldn't attend bc of it not being accessible, many people in the congregation are old and, even the ones who didn't just quietly stop coming, are getting more and more to the point where they were having difficulties too. Anyway, it was a very worthwhile project and I'm glad that they did it. But now that it's done and finished I do need to get myself over the rest of the hurdles and get there.
Now, speaking of odd sleep patterns, I slept awhile.. then got up about 3am.. stayed up for about an hour... and now am going to go back to sleep for a bit. I hope you're having a good night.
