In 2019 It seems impossible follow them all and as I understand them, o break one, you break them all.
Have we all not stepped on a bug and killed it?
Have we all not lied?
I believe the 2 great commandments that Jesus gave are totally doable.

"Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind," before also paraphrasing a second passage; "Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself."

he also said to hang those 2 on all the others and if we do, the others will fall into place
The only one who never broke any of the laws was Jesus. Thus he became the Unblemished Lamb of God. Keep in mind in addition to the 10 commandments there are the 613 laws scattered through the Torah.

Jesus took the law to a new level.
You shall not commit adultery.
Jesus; " just look on her with lust and you committed adultery"

Oooops

Mat 7:1 Judge not, that ye be not judged.
Mat 7:2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
Mat 7:3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

Mat 7:12 Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.

Eph 5:1 Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children;
Eph 5:2 And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.
And yet, didn't you just judge me with that post?

The scripture tells us. We don't have to play guessing games.

Galatians 3:23-24
23 But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed.
24 Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.
25 But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.

Its really simple once you do it.

Or possibly we should say, Jesus took that particular law to a new level. If the tenth commandment was understood, as some did understand it, looking at a woman with lust broke that commandment, so it now broke two with Jesus words.

The whole Bible is the perfect law of God. No philosophical theories of men as oral tradition of men

That's a old law defining it. From the beginning saying, Did Christ the husband say you shall not die? This coming from a creature that had form as words put on the lips of the creature seen and therefore drawing mankind away from the holy place of God not seen. as the lust of the eye...and pride of this temporal life saying; "you surely shall not die" and therefore drew away the bride of Christ from her husband, who represented Christ bringing shame to mankind created in the image of God.

Mark 10:5-7 King James Version (KJV)And Jesus answered and said unto them, For the hardness of your heart he wrote you this precept.
But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female.For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife;

As new creatures adultery( spiritual in nature) is when a believer has another god before our living God who is typified as the husband of the church, his chaste virgin bride.

God programmed men to have a sexual desire when they see a woman or picture of a woman. So keep in mind the distinction between desire and lust. Lust goes way beyond that desire. That desire pushes the shy men to be attracted to the woman they will marry. I was one of them. Within 3 weeks of meeting my future wife I was compelled to know her better.

Think about it.
What law did Jesus envoke when saying " ......you have already committed adultery"

Clue
What shielded Jesus from lusting after a woman?

I understand your reasoning. But Paul referred to the Ten Commandments as: The letter that kills. The ministry of death and condemnation for a reason. Covet in my dictionary means desire. There is no wiggle room in the commandment. Thou shalt not covet. Thou shalt not desire, it is the same thing. Paul used that commandment as the example of why he had to die to righteousness of obeying the law. It was all about the law relating to the inner man, the law no one but God need know you break

I totally reject your assumption that desire and covet are equivalent. According to your assertion you will sin every time you see a woman.

There is an implied difference in level between desire and covet. Covet is a stronger word.

And yet, didn't you just judge me with that post?
I didn't judge you sir, the word of God did.

Joh 12:48 He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.

We are not commanded to not judge others, but to not be a HYPOCRITE while judging.
For example, if I tell you that you should do to others as you would have them do to you but fail to do the same myself, THEN God will see me as a hypocrite and judge me according to the measure I used to judge you. But if I live or practice the same as what I told you to do, then I have not sinned and God will not judge me.

God's Righteous Judgment
Rom 2:1 Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things.
Rom 2:2 But we are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth against them which commit such things.
Rom 2:3 And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them which do such things, and doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God?
Rom 2:4 Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?
Rom 2:5 But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;
Rom 2:6 Who will render to every man according to his deeds:
Rom 2:7 To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life:
Rom 2:8 But unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath,
Rom 2:9 Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile;
Rom 2:10 But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile:
Rom 2:11 For there is no respect of persons with God.

It is not my assumption, it is the dictionary definition, covet means desire. Which in my view, is why many are happy to insinuate they fully obey the Ten Commandments, not understanding what that entails.
In truth, if you have been born again, and the law is in your most inward parts, and you are in earnest to obey it, believing youtr righteousness hinges on obeying it, you will start out desiring most women you come across, then end up consumed by all manner of concupiscence, for what happened to Saul happens to multitudes today. For:
The power of sin is the law 1Cor15:56 You are just feeding sins power by that route. hence:
For sin shall not be your master, for you are not under law but under grace Rom6:14

The above does not mean you will be sinless in your flesh, no believer will ever reach that state, but neither will you be consumed by all manner of concupiscence if you truly live under grace

If you look at the definition in the Hebrew- Greek you will see it is a matter of intensity of desire along with the “object” of that desire.
Covetousness (Heb. ḥāmad, to “desire”; beṣaʼ, “dishonest gain”; Gk. pleoneksia, “the wish to have more”). An inordinate desire for what one has not; in NASB this word is translated “greed”; its basis lies in discontentment with what one has. It has an element of lawlessness and is sinful because it is contrary to the command “Being content with what you have” (Heb 13:5),

The verb is also used in a good sense (1Co 12:31- “but earnestly desire the greater gifts”).

Synonyms don't always have the exact same definition. Covet is stronger than desire. I can have a desire for a brownie but not covet it. All normal men when they see a woman or picture of a woman are programed to have an amount of desire. At 74 I learned in my teenage years after going through puberty to just let it go through my mind and throw it in my mental trash bin. The more I tried to fight it the harder it came. I still remember the shock of it happening the first time. In Jr. High when a class let out this nice girl came down the row while I was gathering by books. That desire caught me. As time went on the more I fought this desire the harder it came. Covet implies holding on to the desire and enjoying it. I learned to just let it happen and then ignore it. All part of going through puberty and becoming a man.
