I believe what my Father told me.
Rabbi="teacher".
" In the beginning was the word and the word was with God and The Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through him, and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life,[a] and the life was the light of men. 5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. ..." The Book of John chapter 1 (Audio of John 1)
Footnotes
  1. John 1:4 Or was not any thing made. That which has been made was life in him.

God is a title, not a name. A designation. God's names are in the Old Testament, and God is actually Holy Spirit who begat Himself upon Mary whom He highly favored in His grace, as He did for us when delivering His Good News of Salvation by His grace through our faith in Him. Mary was the first of us saved by Gods grace so as to deliver the Son of man, ben-'adam . (ben=-son).
Jesus, to be called, Emmanuel, meaning "God with us" , was born to bring the new covenant/testament to the world that all who hear may be saved from their disobedience unto the words of God and His law, by faith.
That which is born of the flesh is flesh, that which is born of the spirit is spirit. Emmanuel was both flesh and spirit. God in flesh. No one could look upon Holy Spirit God and live, as we're told in scripture. Emmanuel bridged that truth because He so loved the world that He arrived born of woman, so as to appear as one of us, and deliver the greatest gift ever told.
Amen!

As I recall there are rules or a statement of faith for this forum wherein the Trinity is upheld. I'd wonder if the contrary doctrine is able to be freely discussed so that we who may participate in this thread do not do a disservice to that statement, and risk being called out if we are not Trinitarian. It is a matter of respect I think for the community organizers and their beliefs.
For my part I write when I speak of my Father, Gods, so as to incorporate my belief in God as one, and respect those who believe my Father is three separate and distinct persons, Triune.
Maybe we should find out if non-Trinitarians would disappoint the Triune faith statement here if we do participate from that avenue.

God sent the holy spirit...after Jesus ascension. The Father is not the holy spirit nor the Father is not the Son.but we have one true God which is the Father. John 17:5

The High Priestly Prayer
17 When Jesus had spoken these words, (A)he lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, “Father, (B)the hour has come; (C)glorify your Son that the Son may (D)glorify you, 2 since (E)you have given him authority over all flesh, (F)to give eternal life to all (G)whom you have given him. 3 (H)And this is eternal life, (I)that they know you, (J)the only (K)true God, and (L)Jesus Christ whom you have sent. 4 I (M)glorified you on earth, (N)having accomplished the work that you gave me to do. 5 And now, Father, (O)glorify me in your own presence with the glory (P)that I had with you (Q)before the world existed.....[continues]

Question: "Is the Holy Spirit God?"

Answer: The short answer to this question is, yes, the Holy Spirit as described in the Bible is fully God. Along with God the Father and God the Son (Jesus Christ), God the Spirit is the third member of the Godhead or the Trinity.

The problem with non-trinitarian beliefs is they result in a different God than the scriptures present. It's possible to be saved and deceived for awhile. But rejecting the trinity after having a solid exposure to the doctrine identifies the person as a cult member and nothing better.

Before they see the man Jesus/Yeshua. There was the Word. John 1:1.

Philippians 2
Let this mind be in you, which WAS in Christ..
Being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God.

The word was Equal with God...
Even before the the word became flesh...There was the humility..

The Word..WAS...
The word became flesh...

That's right. God is spirit. (The Book of John chapter 4) God is holy. (The Book of 1st Peter chapter 1)
Emmanuel, "God with us", Jesus and God the Father are One. (The Book of John chapter 10)30 I and the Father are one.

The Book of John chapter 1:
GENESIS OF THE EVANGELISMS: GENEALOGY OF THE WORD

God sent the holy spirit...after Jesus ascension. The Father is not the holy spirit nor the Father is not the Son.but we have one true God which is the Father. John 17:5
We have the one true God, who is the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Not just the Father, not just the Son, and not just the Spirit.

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: (Matthew 28:19)

For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. (1 John 5:7 KJV only)

God the Father is neither the Son nor the Holy Spirit
God the Son is neither the Father nor the Holy Spirit
God the Holy Spirit is neither the Father nor the Son

This doctrine cannot to comprehended humanly but it can certainly be believed. Therefore all those who reject the doctrines of the Trinity and the deity of Christ reject Bible truth.

And for those who scoff at 1 John 5:7, there is ample internal and external evidence to prove that this is GENUINE verse of Scripture even though it may not be found in many Greek manuscripts.

In all the verses you quote not any of them said one true God.
But John 17:5 did

I do not say the verse is wrong...the Word was God..no question about it...but you cannot see "WAS"

Actually you just supported the fact..God is spirit....
The word became flesh...
Spirit has no flesh and bones...according to Jesus/Yeshua...who is in the flesh

Us and our denotes more than one.
Gen.1:26-27 And God said,Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea,and over the goal of the air,and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeper on the earth.
So God created man in His own image,in the image of God created He him; make and female created He them.
The whole of John chapter 1 tells us and bears record of a triune God,three DISTINCT personalities with three DISTINCT functions as one God

Genesis tell us..there was someone with the God...and john 1:1...said the word was with God.

But that was...

And the word became flesh

Your question is a false dichotomy. The answer is not either/or, but both.

Actually, you've not understood a word I've said.
Jesus was God.
This is the perfect example of why Denominationalism fractures the truth of God in Christ. There are Denominations that teach Jesus was just a man, who was favored by God and with His blessing the man Jesus performed miracles. Anbaptists believe this. As do Jehovah Witness.

Jesus was God. That's it.
