You arent shaking your head
you just doing a facepalm

wouldnt you rather have a universal allowance than have to depend on the whims of an employer or asking (or brown-nosing) for a raise or winning lotto (gambling) , or have to constantly fight to get fair pay. Or work 80 hours just to break even? the love of money is the root of all evil, so why do people then do stupid things just to get it.

a lot of people dont just automatically have capital or trust funds you know. some people totally forget that. If God has given us grace and everything that is needed to live and provides us with work He has ordained us to do, then why must the cost of living be so high?

either we are living beyond our means, or there must be some other reason, and if the government is upon His shoulders, we can totally appeal to Him to make things right in this world.
The cost of living is high so that the goverments (yours, mine, all those on earth) can force us into needing them and, eventually force us into that Beast system that Yahweh warned us about.

Really? Does inflation/high cost of living force us to worship the image of the Beast or die? Is it forcing us to take its mark or else be unable to buy or sell? Is the number of inflation 666?

You're being a bit melodramatic, don't you think?

pretty much, cos a lot of govts have now bought euthanasia in and so many adults were telling children and young people do you want to commit suicide?

before that they were giving out stuff like prozac and govts were approving that as a drug to keep people happy. and if you havent noticed, well get your head put of the sand, a lot of young peoole cannot buy a home these days, without going into huge debt for the rest if their lives...thats why its called a mortgage.

inflation can be any number that the bankers can pull out of thin air basically.

if you havent been asked by an adult 'do you want to commit suicide' when you are only in your teens, and been told to take drugs you dont know whats in them...well you must be lucky.

Most young people have had that experience these days, and a huge percentage of girls report being raped or harassed before they turn 18, its not like the system everyone is under now is fair or great is it.

I was still thinking of this idea, but I think people might be put off by the idea of it being money.

What if it was not money, it was points.
and commodities could only be bought (or redeemed) with points.

Would that work. It would still be like a universal allowance

I know during the world wars, people had rations. Though I dont know how hard it was living off rations, but they had to do it or nobody would have survived, since people couldnt work as half of them were sent off to fight.

So now we’re just going to call money, “points”. As if that makes a difference.

We are absolutely doomed. The indoctrination is so entrenched we are NOT turning this ship around. We’re going to hit the proverbial iceberg.

Actually, a point system sounds like it has potential to lead into the Mark of the Beast...😬

And that after this is accomplished, and the brave new world begins
When all men are paid for existing and no man must pay for his sins,
As surely as Water will wet us, as surely as Fire will burn,
The Gods of the Copybook Headings with terror and slaughter return!

I dont know about china as dont live there, but every country seems to have something. Like in the US they have social security numbers, gun license, drivers license, credit scores.
in nz we have Gold cards for those over 65,

in UK they have NHS which is free public health service, apparently its better than what many others have which is absolutley nothing.

In NZ, many places, wi-fi is FREE. But you need a smartphone to access it or device.

Ah, you haven't heard of the social scores. It's much different than a SSN (which helps the government identify exactly who you are) or a gun license (which is unconstitutional) or a driver's license (making sure only those who know the rules of the road can control what can be a potentially dangerous machine) or credit scores (which just lets a business know if you're able to manage your money well enough for them to take the risk to lend to you).

The social score looks at the comments you make online and gives you a number based on how PC you are. Too conservative? No flying on an airplane for you! You've spoken out against BLM in twitter? Well, looks like you won't be getting that job you wanted.
It basically creates a caste system of haves and have-nots.

So if you're looking to make things better by giving "points", it won't work. There will still be people who struggle financially because their conservative views won't be viewed as "worthy". Many Christians fall under that view.

Many homeless people here in the US are given a free phone. Here on the west coast they camp out on the streets next to fast food joints that give free wi-fi so they can stay hooked to the grid.

The points are the money.
