There is no "taking out of context" regarding signs. Signs were signs primarily to the Jews that God was manifesting His power when signs, wonders, and miracles were performed by the apostles and their companions. But as we know from Church history that with the passing of the apostles and the completion of the Scriptures, signs disappeared and the principle of walking by faith was predominant.

yet the Bible clearly tells us the gospel first preached in Israel would be preached in all the world to all people beginning with Jew and spreading to gentile to make one people by the one gospel.

The truth is the same gospel Jesus preached to the Jews in Israel is the gospel all the apostles preached to Gentiles but the hyper grace structure can’t acknolwedge any of that so they wuote pauls letter to Timothy “ rightly divide the word “ meaning cut away anything that teaches you what to do d what not to do until all you have left is scattered scripture with no context that seems to say “ there’s nothing to see here your saved by grace “
