God DID NOT have sex with Mary!
Use some common sense because if Mary had sexual intercourse to conceive Jesus then she would no longer be a virgin, therefore there would have been no virgin birth.

I understand our bodies will be perfect and that there is no sickness or disease in heaven.

But something to consider as well, if no one is having sex in heaven, then of course there won't be any STD's.

I might be misunderstanding, but you seem to be painting a picture that you're hoping heaven will be an absolute sex fest just because no one can get an STD.

If humans had obeyed God here on Earth even a tad bit better, I'm guessing there would have been much fewer cases of STD's in this life as well.
