Paul saw the ten commandments as part of the "ministry of death."

It's certainly worth trying.
It's certianly worth trying!

Psalms 72:18-19, “Blessed be יהוה Strength, Strength of Yisra’yl, He alone is doing wonders! And blessed be His esteemed Name forever! And let all the earth Be filled with His esteem. Awmĕin and Awmĕin.”

“For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭10:4‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Is the law then against the promises of God? God forbid: for if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law. But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.

But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed.”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭3:21-23‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭7:4‬ ‭

“But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭7:6‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“For I through the law am dead to the law, that I might live unto God.”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭2:19‬ ‭KJV‬‬

The law and the prophets were until John:

since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man presseth into it.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭16:16‬ ‭

“For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭3:27-29‬ ‭KJV‬‬

The promise made before the law was given under the ordination of melchezidek on genesis 14 before the preisthood was changed to the levites when Moses became mediator
Let us press in, then... as Moses asked to see the very face of God.

Quoting Jesus won't save you... believing Him, that He has brought us a New thing... (that supersedes the Old, which you still cling to), might. IDK?

And His commandments are not the Old commandments. Just read and learn. Turn away from your need for old Hebrew things to remain in place... the divorce is final.
I fear that your heart is hardened... and perhaps God hardens it further. I hope not.

I have nothing more to offer you... I apologize for my immaturity in Christ... still, I pray for weakness as I pray for my own.
My love is for the Creator of the heavens and earth. I want to do whatever He wants me to do. Be well, all is forgiven.

I think we should all try to do His will, that is my point .

Matthew 12:50, “For whoever does the desire of My Father who is in the heavens is My brother and sister and mother.”

the shadow is the covenant under the levitical priesthood, the shadow is not:

John/Yahanan 14:26, "But the Comforter – the Holy Spirit which YHWH will send in My Name will teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatever I (Yahshua/Jesus) have said to you."

(Yahshua/Jesus) have said to you.", He said:

Mat 22:36-40, “Teacher, what is the greatest commandment in the Law? Yahshua said to him: You must love YHWH your Father with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might (Deuteronomy 6:5). This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself (Leviticus 19:18). On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”
Jesus also asked the rich young ruler about keeping the commandments. The rich man replied that he kept the commandments. Jesus told him that it was not enough. And that shook the disciples to the core. Outward observance of a set of rules is never enough. Surely any reading of the sermon on the mount makes that clear?

Jesus simply answered the question. The problem is not what we are supposed to do. Everyone knows that much. Even the worst unbeliever has some kind of moral standard. The question is, how? The Law has no answer for that. Who can honestly say that they love God with all their hearts, with not one iota of self love? You cannot serve self and God. Who loves their neighbour even if he is an enemy? The Law places demands on us that we cannot fulfil.

The sermon on the mount tells us that God has something far more demanding than the Law for us to fulfil. Only Christ in us can meet God's righteous requirements. When we walk in the Spirit, we are pleasing God. It may not make sense to others. Jesus refused to go to Bethany to pray for Lazarus. That is because God had something better in store. Those who live by the letter of the Law often miss out on God's best.

Life is difficult, and understanding the ways of God is harder still.

Nevertheless, you are preaching a false gospel, which is no gospel at all.
My hope, and prayer is that you'd revisit these things... the old is gone, something New is at hand.
May God have Mercy on you and me both.

I think the rich man loved mammon too much to actually follow Yahshua, but who knows.

It not our job to be perfect or fulfill the Law but it is our job to seek to do His will

Matthew 12:50, “For whoever does the desire of My Father who is in the heavens is My brother and sister and mother.

I think this verse about Him explains it well:

Isaiah 42:21, "It has delighted יהוה, for the sake of His righteousness, to make the Torah great and esteemed. "

Bottom line if He says

John/Yahanan 14:15, “If you love Me, keep My commandments.”

Then it is love.

John/Yahanan 15:5-16, "I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, produces much fruit; but without Me, you can do nothing...."

Acts 3:19-23, “Repent therefore and turn back, for the blotting out of your sins, in order that times of refreshing might come from the presence of the Master, and that He sends יהושע Messiah, pre-appointed for you, whom heaven needs to receive until the times of restoration of all matters, of which the Mighty One spoke through the mouth of all His set-apart prophets since of old. If you love Me, keep My commandments.”
Yes, well said, but due to All the Confusion, Many are still struggling with
"which ones," eh?:

I have decided to follow Jesus?

I have decided to Follow ( The earthly ) Jesus?

A) Do I follow Him, and the doctrine He Spoke as The:

Humble Christ, on the earth, To Israel, 12 apostles, Under The Law/covenants
/Prophecy:

1) Repent (change mind about sin/agree With God "it is Wrong!") or perish
(Luk 13:3,5 Mar 1:4 24:47)
+
2) believe the gospel of the kingdom (Mat 4:23, 9:35, 24:14; Mar 1:14,15)
+
3) be water baptized "For the remission of sin" (Mar 1:4 Luk 3:3, 7:29:30, 24:47;
Act 2:38)
+
4) "show works meet for repentance" (Mat 3:8), because,
+
5) "to the twelve tribes of Israel," "faith Without works is dead"
(James 1:1, 2:17,26)
+
6) "keep the commandments" to "enter life" (Mat 19:17)
+
7) "one thing thou lackest...sell ALL/take up cross/follow Jesus"
(Mar 10:17-23)
+
8) pray as a watchman, for Great Tribulation, man of sin, son of perdition, and
signs of the end times, and Second Coming?

A) Do I follow His earthly prophecy "faith PLUS works" program of covenants and law?
( OT, Mat - John, Heb - Rev ) or:

Rightly Divided (2 Timothy 2:15) From “Things That Differ” (online)

B) Do I follow Him As The Risen And Glorified "Head Of His Church" and ask:

I have decided to Follow ( The Heavenly ) LORD Jesus?

And, His Heavenly Pure Grace Program, According To The Revelation Of The Mystery?
(His Doctrine in Romans - Philemon)

Of course, Under God's Other Context Of Grace for The ( Heavenly ) ONE Body
Of Christ, Which began with ( ONE apostle ) Paul, Baptized By The ONE Spirit,
as the first 'member' of the ONE New man...
(Ephesians 2:15; 1 Timothy 1:16; Romans 11:13; Ephesians 4:5; 1 Corinthians 12:13),

...it is ( as Paul states 21 x ) "But Now":

1) Have repentance toward God (change mind about sin/agree With God "it is Wrong!")
(Acts 20:21)
+
2) Have faith toward The LORD Jesus Christ (Acts 20:21), and trust/believe The Gospel
Of The Grace Of God: His Death ( ALL-Sufficient Work On The Cross ), Burial, And
Resurrection, According To The Scripture (Ephesians 2:5-9; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4)
+
3) Acknowledge I am Spiritually Baptized By The ONE Baptism Of The Holy Spirit
Into The ONE (Spiritual Organism) Body Of Christ, Seated In the Heavenlies
(Ephesians 4:5; Colossians 2:12; Galatians 3:27; Romans 6:3-4; 1 Corinthians 12:13)
+
4) Acknowledge Christ Is Living in me, so I allow Him to, through me:
+
5) To Fulfil:

All Of His Law, In ONE Word: ►► love ◄◄ thy neighbor
as thyself!" (Galatians 5:14; Romans 13:8-10)
+
6) Study God's Word Of Truth, Rightly Divided to show myself "Approved Unto God"
(2 Timothy 2:15), and all the rest of these Bible study rules!
+
7) Work with my hands to "give to them in need," and the LORD "shall supply all my need"
(Ephesians 4:28; 1 Thessalonians 4:11-12; 2 Thessalonians 3:10-12; 1 Timothy 5:8)
+
8) Be a humble prayer warrior and:
"...look, watch, and Patiently WAIT For..." = The LORD Jesus Christ!
(2 Thessalonians 2:1; Romans 8:18-19; Romans 8:23; Romans 8:25; 1 Corinthians 1:7;
Ephesians 6:12-18; Philippians 3:20; Colossians 4:1-3; 1 Thessalonians 1:10;
1 Thessalonians 5:5-11; Titus 2:13)
+
9) Put on the FULL armour of God and stand, in the spiritual warfare I wrestle with
(Ephesians 6:10-18)
+
10)
Eph 6:19 "And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I
may open my mouth boldly, to make known the Mystery Of The Gospel,"
+
11)
Eph 3:9 "And to make all men see what is the fellowship of The Mystery, which from the
beginning of the world hath been hid in God, Who created all things by Jesus Christ"
+
12) Acknowledge that I am going to give an account at Judgment (1 Corinthians 3:8-15;
Romans 14:12), at my Heavenly Home-Going ( Great GRACE Departure! )

According to these and all the details of God's Sound Doctrinal Blueprint In
Romans Through Philemon?
(1 Timothy 1:10; 2 Timothy 4:3; Titus 1:9):

Titus 2:1 But speak thou the things which become sound doctrine:

Or:

C) Do I speak after following the Many, who homogenize A) + B) into
Massive Confusion?

Final question would be: Which Option, Under Grace Today, should I take
To Honor and Glorify God, Who Plainly and Clear Says in Romans 11:6:

"And if By Grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise
Grace is no more Grace. But if it be of works, then is it
no more Grace: otherwise work is no more work."

Precious friend(s), thanks again. I appreciate all your prayerful and careful
consideration of this Eternally Important Matter.

Amen.

I am going to have to reply to this in multiple posts because there is a limited space per post.

This section I agree with, I wouild make 1 addition, that it would include this

John/Yahanan 14:15, “If you love Me, keep My commandments.”

and this as a descriptive of His Commands

Mat 22:36-40, “Teacher, what is the greatest commandment in the Law? Yahshua said to him: You must love YHWH your Father with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might (Deuteronomy 6:5). This is the first and greatest commandment. I will reply to the rest give me a min please

Where did I say condemnation? You jjust said that not me.

Unmerited mercy
Hebrews 10:16-17, "“This is the covenant that I shall make with them after those days, says יהוה, giving My laws into their hearts, and in their minds I shall write them,”a and, “Their sins and their lawlessnesses I shall remember no more.” Jer 31:33-34.

Obedience
Hebrews 11:8, "By belief, Aḇraham obeyed when he was called to go out to the place which he was about to receive as an inheritance. And he went out, not knowing where he was going. "

the rod
Hebrews 12:3-6, "For consider Him who endured such opposition from sinners against Himself, lest you become weary and faint in your lives. You have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin. And you have forgotten the appeal which speaks to you as to sons, “My son, do not despise the discipline of יהוה, nor faint when you are reproved by Him, for whom יהוה loves, He disciplines, and flogs every son whom He receives.”

Unmerited mercy - His forgiveness to us

Obedience - our desire to do whatever He wants

the rod - the corrective tool He uses when we dont
There is so much more to a relationship with God than a constant appraisal of yourself by how you keep the law.
Not sure what your relationship was like with your parents, but mine was great. I didn't wake up each day and start keeping their rules. I got up each day and enjoyed them and the provision and protection they offered. We did things together and gave me affection. I enjoyed the richness of the grace they extended to me as their child. If I got in trouble, I was corrected. It was an extension of their love for me.
This, too, is how God deals with His children. He isn't sitting in heaven watching every move we make ready to pounce on us at every mistake. He has made His habitation with us. He is actively providing, protecting, and caring for us. We are in an intimate relationship with Him. The relationship is not focused on right doing or wrongdoing. It is based on our position in Christ. We don't focus on the law. We already recognize we can't keep it. We focus on walking in the Spirit because He can keep the law. This is what Paul did. That's why he was able to say....I live, yet not i; Christ liveth in me...

This is the point of the whole thread. Don't try to relate to God according to the law. It will bring death. Rather, live in the grace and provision of Christ.

Yahshua warned against people like you who would claim His words are somehow obselete

Mat 24:35, “Heaven and earth may pass away, but My teachings will not pass away.

John/Yahanan 14:26, "But the Comforter – the Holy Spirit which YHWH will send in My Name will teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatever I (Yahshua/Jesus) have said to you."

John/Yahanan 6:63, "It is the Spirit that gives life; the flesh is useless. The words that I (Yahshua/Jesus) speak to you, they are Spirit, and they are life everlasting."

John/Yahanan 12:48, "He who rejects Me, and does not follow My words has One Who judges him. The word that I have spoken, the same will be used to judge him in the last day."

You seem to say following what He said on earth is wrong and you replace Yahshua with Paul. Becasue after you posted "the risen Lord" you only quoted Paul.

Mat 24:35, “Heaven and earth may pass away, but My teachings will not pass away.

B) Do I follow Him As The Risen And Glorified "Head Of His Church" and ask:
Again He said:
Mat 24:35, “Heaven and earth may pass away, but My teachings will not pass away.

anyone who tells me different is in error

John 12:25-26, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone. But if it dies, it bears much fruit. He who loves his life shall lose it, and he who hates his life in this world shall preserve it for everlasting life. Whoever serves me must follow me; and where I am, my servant also will be. My Father will honor the one who serves me.”

Paul says he is your father, he has “begotten you” so imitate him, Jesus and all the disciples say imitate Jesus.

1 Corinthians 4:15-16, “You may have 10,000 mentors who work for the Messiah, but not many fathers (G3962 patér). For in the Messiah Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel. So I urge you to imitate me.”

Matthew 23:9, “And call no man your father (G3962 patér) on earth, for you have one Father, who is in heaven.”

“begotten 1 Corinthians 4:15-16” is word #G1080 gennaó: to beget, to bring forth, Original Word: γεννάω, Part of Speech: Verb, Transliteration: gennaó, Phonetic Spelling: (ghen-nah'-o), Short Definition: I beget, bring forth, give birth to, Definition: I beget (of the male), (of the female) I bring forth, give birth to.

John 13:15, “For I (Jesus) gave you an example, that you should do as I have done to you.”

Philippians 3:17-18, “Join together in imitating me (Paul), brothers, and pay close attention to those who live by the example we have given you. For I have often told you, and now tell you even with tears, that many live as enemies of the cross of Christ.”

1 Peter 2:21, “This is, in fact, what you were called to do, because Christ also suffered for you and left an example for you to follow in His steps.”

1 John 2:6, “The one who says that he abides in him must live the same way he (Jesus) himself lived.”

2 Timothy 1:13-15, "Follow the pattern of the sound words that you have heard from me (Paul), in the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus. By the Holy Spirit who dwells within us, guard the good deposit entrusted to you. You are aware that all who are in Asia turned away from me, among whom are Phygelus and Hermogenes.”

John 12:48, “He who rejects Me, and does not follow My words has One Who judges him. The word that I have spoken, the same will be used to judge him in the last day.

I think our different doctrines come from you evevating Paul over Jesus. I will remind you

Mat 24:35, “Heaven and earth may pass away, but My teachings will not pass away.

And it shall be that every being who does not hear that Prophet shall be utterly destroyed from among the people.”

I didnt even mention the Law in that post and you can do tht all day, no one can make a post that contains everything YHWH does to deal with His people,

I said unmerited mercy, obedience, and the rod of correction.

You then said Law, you are not discussiong what im actually saying

Following the Creator is joyful not hard or bad or slavery.

Correction is based on what?
Obedience to what?
Mercy necessary because of what?

Correction is based on what?
Anything He says. If He has a personal path for someone and He wants them to say get a job at a certian place or talk to a certian person, and the person He is guiding is not wanting to He can use "the rod"to correct them, it can be in many way, more than can be answered in a post, but He can correct them so they will then go and do what He said. Or not loving Him or our neighbor....

Heb 12 is one of my favorites because I can relate, tells it better than I can and it makes so much sense.

Hebrews 12:3-17, “For consider Him who endured such opposition from sinners against Himself, lest you become weary and faint in your lives."4, You have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin."5, And you have forgotten the appeal which speaks to you as to sons, “My son, do not despise the discipline of יהוה, nor faint when you are reproved by Him,"6, for whom יהוה loves, He disciplines, and flogs every son whom He receives.” (Pro 3:11-12) "7, If you endure discipline, Yah is treating you as sons. For what son is there whom a father does not discipline?"8, But if you are without discipline, of which all have become sharers, then you are illegitimate and not sons."9, Moreover, we indeed had fathers of our flesh disciplining us, and we paid them respect. Shall we not much rather be subject to the Father of spirits, and live?"10, For they indeed disciplined us for a few days as seemed best to them, but He does it for our profit, so that we might share His apartness."11, And indeed, no discipline seems pleasant at the time, but grievous, but afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it."12, So, strengthen the hands which hang down and the weak knees, Isa 35:3."13, and make straight paths for your feet, lest the lame be turned aside, but instead, to be healed."14, Pursue peace with all, and pursue apartness without which no one shall see the Master."15, See to it that no one falls short of the favor of Yah, that no root of bitterness springing up causes trouble, by which many become defiled,"16, lest there be anyone who whores, or profane one, like Ěsaw, who for a single meal sold his birthright. 17, For you know that afterward, when he wished to inherit the blessing, he was rejected, for he found no place for repentance, though he sought it with tears.”

Everything you mentioned leads back to the law. At any rate, thanks for the discussion. Blessings.

Mat 4:4, “But He answering, said, “It has been written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of יהוה.”
