Does not change the doctrine.

Luke 24:45-47,Then He opened their minds to understand the Scriptures, and said to them, “Thus it has been written, and so it was necessary for the Messiah to suffer and to rise again from the dead the third day, and that repentance and forgiveness of sins should be proclaimed in His Name to all nations, beginning at Yerushalayim.

My efforts are showing how God Justifies the ungodly by and through the Lord Jesus Christ.
 ... nope ... your efforts wholly ignore the context within which the Author of Scripture has placed a verse.

The Bible is the Word of God, literally "God-breathed" (2 Timothy 3:16), and we are commanded to read, study, and understand it through the use of good Bible study methods and always with the inspiration of the Holy Spirit to guide us (1 Corinthians 2:14). Our study is greatly enhanced by maintaining diligence in the use of context because it is quite easy to come to wrong conclusions by taking phrases and verses out of context. It is not difficult to point out places that seemingly contradict other portions of Scripture, but if we carefully look at their context and use the entirety of Scripture as a reference, we can understand the meaning of a passage. “Context is king” means that the context often drives the meaning of a phrase. To ignore context is to put ourselves at a tremendous disadvantage.

Because you ignore context, the content of your erroneous dogma is filled with your eisegesis.

Exegesis and eisegesis are two conflicting approaches in Bible study. Exegesis is the exposition or explanation of a text based on a careful, objective analysis. The word exegesis literally means “to lead out of.” That means that the interpreter is led to his conclusions by following the text.
The opposite approach to Scripture is eisegesis, which is the interpretation of a passage based on a subjective, non-analytical reading. The word eisegesis literally means “to lead into,” which means the interpreter injects his own ideas into the text, making it mean whatever he wants.
Obviously, only exegesis does justice to the text. Eisegesis is a mishandling of the text and often leads to a misinterpretation. Exegesis is concerned with discovering the true meaning of the text, respecting its grammar, syntax, and setting. Eisegesis is concerned only with making a point, even at the expense of the meaning of words.

your fallacious ad hominem responses are duly noted ... rather than respond to the points made, you attack the person. Folks use this fallacious technique due to their inability to refute the central point.

The light of Scripture has exposed your error ...

Christ has given them repentance Acts 5:31
31 Him hath God exalted with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins.
Peter is specifically preaching to a people called the house of Israel
 ... Peter was standing before the high priest and the council in Acts 5 ...

and brightfame52, "give" in Acts 5:31 is the Greek word didōmi

Thayer's Greek Lexicon:
6. δίδωμι is joined with nouns denoting an act or an effect
...
b. the noun denotes something to be done by him to whom it is said to be given: διδόναιτίνι μετάνοιαν, to cause him to repent, Acts 5:31; Acts 11:18;γνῶσινσωτηρίας,Luke 1:77; ἐλπίδα τίνι, 2 Thessalonians 2:16.

and if we continue reading ...

Acts 5:32 And we are his witnesses of these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey him

... interesting you refuse to include vs 32 in your erroneous rendering of Acts 5:31.

Do Gentiles have a need to repent? or can they walk in sin and still be saved?
here is the gospel espoused by brightfame52:

No, those He died for do not have to believe it, accept itor do anything but continue being ungodly sinners

brightfame52 holds to that lie from the pit of hell and tries to align Scripture with erroneous dogma ... all the while ignoring context and submitting posts filled with eisegesis.

1 Thessalonians 5:21 Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.

iow ... test everything. If what you hear or read does not line up with Scripture, let it go. Hold fast to that which aligns with Scripture.

Acts 2:38-39, “And Kĕpha said to them, “Repent, and let each one of you be immersed in the Name of יהושע Messiah for the forgiveness of sins. And you shall receive the gift of the Set-apart Spirit. “For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all who are far off, as many as יהוה our Elohim shall call.”
Peter was speaking to Justified, quickened jews at that time.
 ... brightfame52, if they were already "Justified, quickened jews", there would be no need for them to repent ... for the forgiveness of sins.

brightfame52 ... aren't you the one who holds to the erroneous dogma that the sins of the "elect" are "never charged to them" and that the "elect" are "Justified ... before they are born"???

Hence not one charge of sin can be charged to any sinner Christ died for
Christs death alone Justified unto life them He died for, before they are born

fyi ... Acts 2 is a record of the initial outpouring of the Holy Spirit on the Day of Pentecost ... which was 10 days after the ascension of the Lord Jesus Christ into heaven. Just before He ascended into Heaven, the Lord Jesus Christ commanded His disciples that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father (Acts 1:1-5). The promise of the Father spoken of in Acts 1 is the outpouring of the Holy Spirit we read about in Acts 2.

In Acts 2:5 we see that there were dwelling at Jerusalem Jews, devout men, out of every nation under heaven. They were in Jerusalem because the feast of weeks (Pentecost) was a feast in which all thy males appear before the LORD thy God in the place which he shall choose (Deut 16:16).

Peter preached on Day of Pentecost and he spoke about fulfillment of prophecy ... that the Lord Jesus Christ, Who had been crucified 50 days prior, had been resurrected from the dead ... that He is the promised Messiah ... that the Lord Jesus Christ being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear (Acts 2:33).

The response of the hearers:

Acts 2:37 Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?

The words "they were pricked" are translated from the Greek word katanýssō which means pierce all the way down, i.e. deeply (thoroughly) pained; "emotionally pierced through"; psychologically pricked, emotionally stunned.

All who heard Peter's sermon were affected by what they heard and they asked what shall we do.

Acts 2:38-40 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call. And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.

Now read Acts 2:41

Acts 2:41 Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.

Of all who heard Peter's sermon, only those that gladly received his word were baptized.

Those who suppressed the truth in unrighteousness (Rom 1:18) were unrepentant ... they were not baptized ... they were not Justified ... even though the promise is unto you, and to your children (Acts 2:39).

ad hominem – this fallacy occurs when, instead of addressing someone's argument or position, you irrelevantly attack the person or some aspect of the person who is making the argument.

you do know that ad hominem is one of the lowest form of debate ... yes???

I have never heard a mop faith gospel before interacting with that person, I will take what Yahshua and His 12 diciples spoke and trust that....

Mat 4:17, "From that time יהושע began to proclaim and to say, “Repent, for the reign of the heavens has drawn near.”

Acts 3:19-23, “Repent therefore and turn back, for the blotting out of your sins, in order that times of refreshing might come from the presence of the Master, and that He sends יהושע Messiah, pre-appointed for you, whom heaven needs to receive until the times of restoration of all matters, of which the Mighty One spoke through the mouth of all His set-apart prophets since of old. For Mosheh truly said to the fathers, ‘יהוה your Mighty One shall raise up for you a Prophet like me from your brothers. Him you shall hear according to all matters, whatever He says to you. And it shall be that every being who does not hear that Prophet shall be utterly destroyed from among the people.”

Luke 5:31-32, " 31 And יהושע answering, said to them, “Those who are well do not need a physician, but those who are sick. 32 “I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.”

Luke 24:47, "and that repentance and forgiveness of sins should be proclaimed in His Name to all nations, beginning at Yerushalayim."

Awesome passage. Very interesting especially in context of this topic

Isaiah 40:27-29,

27 Why do you say, O Ya‛aqoḇ, and speak, O Yisra’ĕl, “My way is hidden from יהוה, and my rights are overlooked by my Elohim”?

28 Did you not know? Have you not heard? The everlasting Elohim, יהוה, the Creator of the ends of the earth, neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable.

29 He gives power to the faint, and to those who have no might He increases strength.

Psalms 11:4, 4 יהוה is in His set-apart Hĕḵal, The throne of יהוה is in the heavens. His eyes see, His eyelids examine the sons of men."

27 Why do you say, O Ya‛aqoḇ, and speak, O Yisra’ĕl, “My way is hidden from יהוה, and my rights are overlooked by my Elohim”?

John 5:21-30,21 “For as the Father raises the dead and makes alive, even so the Son makes alive whom He wishes."22 “For the Father judges no one, but has given all the judgment to the Son,"23 that all should value the Son even as they value the Father. He who does not value the Son does not value the Father who sent Him."24 “Truly, truly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me possesses everlasting life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life."25 “Truly, truly, I say to you, the hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of Elohim. And those having heard shall live."26 “For as the Father possesses life in Himself, so He gave also to the Son to possess life in Himself,"27 and He has given Him authority also to do judgment, because He is the Son of Aḏam."28 “Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the tombs shall hear His voice,"29 and shall come forth – those who have practiced righteousness, to the resurrection of life, and those who have practised evil matters, to a resurrection of judgment."30 “Of Myself I am unable to do any matter. As I hear, I judge, and My judgment is righteous, because I do not seek My own desire, but the desire of the Father who sent Me."

Psalms 95:3, 3 For יהוה is a great Ěl, And a great Sovereign above all mighty ones."

28 Did you not know? Have you not heard? The everlasting Elohim, יהוה, the Creator of the ends of the earth, neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable.

Jeremiah 10:10-13, “But יהוה is truly Elohim. He is the living Elohim and the everlasting Sovereign. At His wrath the earth shakes, and nations are unable to stand His displeasure. Say to them this, “The elah that did not make the heavens and the earth shall perish from the earth and from under these heavens. He has made the earth by His power, He has established the world by His wisdom, and has stretched out the heavens by His understanding. When He makes His voice heard, there is a roaring of waters in the heavens. And He makes vapors rise from the ends of the earth. The lightnings for rain He has made, and brings wind from His treasuries.”

Ezekiel 36:26-28, "A new heart, will I also give you, and a new spirit will I put within you; and I will take away the heart of stone out of your flesh, and will give you a heart of flesh. I will put My Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments, and do them. And you will dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; and you will be My people, and I will be your Father."

29 He gives power to the faint, and to those who have no might He increases strength.

Hebrews 10:16, “This is the covenant that I shall make with them after those days, says יהוה, giving My laws into their hearts, and in their minds I shall write them.”
