All joking aside, I am a bit of a cupcake connoisseur, but I had honestly never heard of these before Pipp mentioned them. I have even been to a huge cupcake competition, and to the store of someone who won a cupcake competition on TV, and I never saw nor heard of them there either.

I Googled "maple bacon cupcakes near me" earlier today, and nothing came up but a bunch of pancake houses which sell bacon. I would imagine that they taste great, and cupcakes and bacon are truly two of my favorite things to eat.

Well, maybe in the kingdom to come (if I make it in).

As much as I genuinely appreciate your gracious offer, and as much as I suspect that your cupcake would be delicious (Why does that always come out sounding so wrong...?), I am going to have to respectfully decline it. For one thing, and in all seriousness, I would probably weep while eating it. I am sorry, but I truly am a very tender-hearted man, and acts of kindness like you are suggesting really do move me to the point of tears.

As bad as I feel in declining your offer, this is just another indicator (hint...hint...there are other indicators) to me of how sweet a person you genuinely are.

I probably should not say this (How come I can never find the duct tape when I need it?), but I honestly do not believe that they are merely my kind words. In other words, you are one of the women I was alluding to in the thread that I started yesterday, and I honestly believe that God sees you in the manner in which I described.

Well, now that that is out in the open, I am just going to go and hide under my bed for about 6 months before God has me lay my heart bare on anything else.

Okay.

I finally read the OP.

Well, Jake lost me when he said he does not like spicy food (I like food with a little kick) or seafood, which I absolutely love, but I am right there with him on the meatloaf thing (although I did eat good meatloaf once in my life...my mother's meatloaf was terrible as a child).

Seeing how he likes fishing and sweets, how about a bag of gummy worms...if somebody has not already suggested it?

I have to agree about the spicy things. I'm allergic to pain. If I want to deliberately inflict pain on myself, I could just hit my thumb with a hammer or stick a fork in my eye or something.
